Excellent customer service

Overall, we're satisfied with the service Green Pest Solutions did and would recommend them to others. We saw an immediate difference after they came and sprayed around our house. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and was happy to answered any stupid questions I had. My only "caveat" would be that they noted their solution would take care of pretty much all insects (minus rodents and possibly some other weird ones). We were really only concerned with the ant problem, so anything further would be a plus. That said, there are still spiders and other creepy crawlers all around. Not inside (never really were), but the number of them haven't changed on our back porch which we hang out in often. I don't care about this and honestly didn't expect to see any different so it's not a big deal, but I feel like it's worth noting. Also, just one piece of feedback. When I called to book the appointment, they mentioned they were having "so-and-so" come out, which was super knowledgeable and had been doing this forever (yadda, yadda, yadda). The exterminator that came out was great, but it wasn't who they said it would be. I feel like I hear this from so many companies, then when they come out you get someone else. You would think this is dumb, but please realize your clients immediately feel sort of slighted when it's a different person who shows. I fully understand scheduling changes on a minute-to-minute basis, but as a customer you can't help but think "Is this guy as good as the one they said was coming?" "Am I not good enough to send out the other guy?" Just don't do that. It makes you look bad for the worst reason possible.

My primary pest problem was mice. Green Pest Solutions took care of it rather quickly. After roughly 6 months from their initial treatment, my mice problem has been solved. I am on their quarterly service schedule which they maintain. No need for me to call them unless I have another pest problem before their next treatment. Price was affordable and customer service is pleasant and helpful. Techs who provide treatments are always friendly and willing to take the time to answer questions.

Green Pest Control came out and checked my home and grounds for mice and told me they did not think I would benefit from their services at the present time. I was impressed that they did not try to sell me something I didn't need. If I were to have problems in the future I would definitely call them again. An honest company is hard to find.

I have mice. I tried to eliminate them myself by setting traps and sealing any holes they could enter. Although I caught 4 mice I knew this problem would just multiply as I still saw activity in the kitchen and garage. I called green pest solutions and Jordon who I spoke or explained what they would do and scheduled for the next day (Saturday) He was very pleasant to talk to and eased my mind. The following day, Jim the tech showed up on time and thoroughly inspected the outside and inside of our home. He identified the entry point and explained exactly what his plan of action would be including showing me how to set a sensitive trap. He also sprayed the perimeter of the home for ants and explained that I would need to set up a follow up appointment in 2 weeks. I really appreciated the care he showed for the safety of my dogs as he explained the solution sprayed and where the traps were set. I will update this as the mice move out. I hope I found a great company....Professional, thorough, and professional. Update.....Mice are gone in only 2 visits!!!
