Plumber was prompt and explained what was doing ; he also was careful and cleaned up when he was thru.

I received a follow up call ensuring that the appointment window was accurate. I received a call from the plumber confirming the work to be done on my rental property...that was great! As it turned out, the plumber could not complete the work, but did make a recommendation to address the problem. I was very satisfied with the customer service and work performed. They rushed in to repair the project because of the leaking. Did a great job.

He was excellent.

Overcharged for tightening leaking pipe in living room ceiling ($595) and failed to repair drywall. In fact, they wanted to write a new order for another division of their company at additional cost for this drywall job. Also, tried to sell me very expensive remedy for future leaks ($1,900.)

Inspected my water heater, checked water pressure in the house and verified water heater was working correctly. Made recommendation for time change parts for the water heater. Tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend.

I chose Benjamin Franklin over another plumber because they were concerned with my whole house and not just the water heater. They discovered my pressure control on my water line needed fixed. This saves me future water leaks in my water lines. They also recommended a water softener for the health of my water and water system. My one complaint would be that I wish the focus would be more on the actual rating and performance of the product (electric tank water heater) instead of the level of the warranty. I would have lived to purchase a more efficient model. They did my water heater, pressure control value, and a laundry box.

The plumber that cam was very polite and efficient. Did an excellent job, and took time to explanin what he was doing to make sure that misunderstandings were avoided.

2 problems-no phone calls to specify time they are coming.My husband had to take time off from work,so that was importent to us. Big problem with finding my sewer lines. It took one entire day with excavation of much more of my front yard, 2 trees removal that was needed. When they find them next day with help of radiolocator,they did a great job with replacing the pipe. But my large front yard was ruined much more,than we expected. It cost us about $1000 and a lot of our work to fix it.
