He called and said they had a cancellation and because I live in a Mobile home, my water heater is special type. He was able to replace it that day. He was very efficient and cleaned up after himself.

I have no problem with the technician (Brandon) or his work. Knowledgeable and personable and he got the job done. However, I thought the charge of $322 to install a kitchen faucet (roughly 30 minutes of work or less) with my previously purchased faucet with a little steep.
