They have a standard price algorithm that does not consider one trip for multiple tasks. They charged us $247 to repair a tank seal, but then charged us $147 just to replace a rubber stopper in another bathroom in our home. This is just not reasonable. The service was professional and competent, but that doesn't offset that cost.
