had a busted supply line to my kitchen refrigerator. Water was pouring into the subfloor and into the basement. Benjamin Franklin plumbing received my call and within 3 hours had two plumbers at my house. They replaced the hose and the broken valve, while repositioning the hose and adding a protective sleeve. Superb work and excellent response time. They even waived the $76 service visit fee. Would definitely recommend their services.

The price was the only negative about the experience. They seem a bit pricey for what you get. At the same time, it was done correctly, on-time and they couldn't have been any nicer. The saying is you get what you pay for. Despite the cost, I would recommend them!
