Heating and Air Conditioning Service
The techicians called me the next morning 9/20/2011 at 8:30am telling me they would be at my home within 45 min.
They arrived within that time and got to work. Steve and Anthony were very courteous and professional. They answered my questions about the work, the parts, and compressor they were using to remove extra moisture from the system to make it run more efficiently.
The new motor was faulty and they called to have another delivered while they were replacing the coil. They got everything replaced, explained the routine maintenance I need to perform on my April Air, and reminded me how frequently I need to replace the filter on my furnace.
While I felt this parts and service was expensive, it was well worth it to me with my busy schedule and frequent travel with my job. It was great to call one day and have all of the necessary work completed the next.
