Josh did an amazing job installing our floors. He arrived on time everyday and worked nonstop - even several nights until 8 o'clock to make sure the job was completed on time. He professionalism was only rivaled by his skill level. We have an old house with no right angles or even surfaces, but with Josh's precision and attention to detail you'd never be able to tell. Our floors look amazing! The owner, Ron Doran stopped by to check in and was in constant contact. We will definitely use Doran Hard Services for all of our hardwood flooring needs in the future.

Owner Ron was great upon consultation. Workers (I think Josh?) and his crew were young but wonderful and hard working. Did a whole upstairs in laminate floor that looks awesome and downstairs in vinyl that also looks great. Worked with us on humidity problems and provided great suggestions. Can't beat price point and professionalism. I would use again in heartbeat. Got it done quick and even came on a day off to finish banging it out for a move in with my new family. Couldn't recommend more highly. Tryingn to convince my mother in law to replace her floor with them now.

Ron Doran and his crew were great - from the estimate to cleanup, everything was completed as promised and on schedule. Ron came out to do an estimate and schedule the work. He brought photos of past installations on his iPad, explained what might be difficult about the work in our home, and explained the process. I had another quote that was higher and one that was lower, but Ron's quote gave me the most confidence. I felt he understood what needed to happen, would honor our schedule, and had everything included in his number. One room was carpeted and there was some uncertainty about a floor repair in this area. Ron put an estimate together for this area. It ended up being more effort than anticipated to repair the floor in this area, but Ron's adjustment to the final bill was completely reasonable. Stain samples were put down and made available for our review - it made choosing a color and finish much easier. I never heard a foul or profane word from anyone on the crew and they cleaned up their mess. I only wish I would have had finish the house and we plan to have them back to repair and refinish the remaining floors.

They did not order enough pieces for the trim around stairs, fireplaces etc. Then ordered the wrong piece, which I tried to return for a refund, but couldn't (no thanks to Lumber Liquidators). Quarter round installation was especially poor with bad miter cuts and they cracked sections of the baseboards (wood that is original to my 100 year old home). One on the installers did work, the other spent most of his time outside smoking or using our bathroom. The owner never came by to look over the work, even after I complained about the issues. I contacted Lumber Liquidators to see what relief they could provide but since Doran is a sub contractor, the process for resolution was heavily slanted against the customer. As a result i will never use either Doran or Lumber Liquidators again.

They have done a large area on our floor, they were so courteous, kept the work tight and cleaned up after work. They work here for 2 days and they did a marvelous job, in fact we have some other floor jobs to do and we want to call them back. they just did a professional work.
