I want to thank Mr. Bossong from Bossong Plumbing, LLC for his prompt attention to our plumbing needs. Mr. Bossong was right on time for our scheduled appointment. Our well pressure tank was flooded and well overdue to be replaced. With in a few hours we were back up and running and his installation work was clean and outstanding. Their prices are great and the workmanship is what one would expect from a licensed plumber. I will hire him in the future with any plumbing needs.

Joe Bossong was very responsive to our problem of a clogged toilet. He came out the same day I called him. My husband Lou and I were very unhappy with the builder grade toilets that Ryan Homes installed in our new home several years ago. We experienced clogged toilets too many times in our new home. We lived in an older home in South Park for many years and never had a problem with clogged toilets. We told Joe we would like the toilets replaced and today two plumbers from Bossong Plumbing, Tony and Jason, came out and replaced both toilets. These guys were very punctual, professional and very personable! Lou and I are pleased with the job they did. If we have any other plumbing issues, we will call this company!!

Very good experience, Joe responded quickly to my contact about the leaking water heater. Came out to see in person on a Saturday, provided estimate and was able to schedule replacement promptly. Water heater was replaced the next Monday, New year's Eve day.

Absolutely amazing experience! We had new countertops installed and needed a plumber for a new sink configuration. Someone in my neighborhood highly recommended Bossong and I understand why. I contacted Joe on Monday, promptly received a call back, AND he stopped over that same night to review work that needed to be done and an estimate. Joe completed the work two days later. Joe called me back quickly. He is very knowledgeable. He offered several options and the pros and cons of each. He arrived on time and worked efficiently, but carefully. He answered all my plumbing questions about the water heater and other plumbing issues. He had all the supplies to also replace a valve that needed to be replaced. I would definitely call Bossong Plumbing again.

Joe worked with our waterproofing contractor to coordinate replacement of a leaking/removed basement utility sink. He stopped by multiple times to assess and plan the project and was very reliable, flexible, and courteous. He went above and beyond installing a new utility sink by re-routing our washer discharge line so we won't get an overflowing sink, extending an AC condensate pipe, and adding up-to-date fixtures. He worked with the waterproofers to save money by having them do extra concrete removal and he filled it back in after everything was complete. Very reasonable price for all the work and coordination he did. Will definitely use again!

Arrived when he said he would, did what he said he would do politely, conscientiously, efficiently, effectively and cleanly. This made it so easy for us and our emotions. Very impressive!

He did an outstanding job! The sewer was clogged and he found where and took care of the problem. He told me how much the cost would be over the phone and that's what I paid. He is very honest and I highly recommend him. I offered money for gas and he declined. I will tell my neighbors friends and family to use him. He didn't try to tell me other things were wrong that weren't. He is a man of integrity.
