Bossong Plumbing

Very personable and knowledgeable. So far, only a small portion of the work has been done, but happy with everything up to this point.

I had water backing up into my bathtub and toilet. I called Bossong Plumbing at 7:30pm on a Tuesday and they were out the next day at 9am. Work was done quickly and efficiently at a fair price. Everything is draining great now. Will call them again if needed.

Joe arrived on the date and time that we agreed on. He explained exactly how he was going to correct the issues I had and proceeded to give me the cost for the job. He performed the service in an expert fashion and then cleaned up the work site. After explaining how the faucet and valves worked he gave me an invoice that did not deviate from the original estimated cost. He informed me that his work was warranted for one year. Pricing was very fair for all the work done.

Very happy with the results. I had barely hit send to Home Advisor and Joe called to see what I needed ...on a Sunday afternoon no less! My toilet suddenly broke in a spectacular way and we were about to have a big snow storm. Panic!! Joe made it all right and for a very reasonable price. I have a new plumber. Glad I took a chance on Bossong. You should too.

He went over the list i had, checking out what the problem was. Then we went over everything that needed to be done. He explained everything very well. Gave me an estimate and we agreed. I am very pleased with all that he did. I would give him a high 6 if I could.

Response was excellent. Small job; farther out in Joe's covered area; and a snow storm the night before but Joe arrived early and took care of it without making me feel like it was putting him out at all. He even called the manufacturer for me to order the necessary part. Our plumber had retired------------I have found our new one!

They cleared out the blockage and laid out clear expectations about next steps and cost if trouble returns. They were early to the appointment which was appreciated.

Joe is obviously very good at what he does! He is focused on doing the job properly. He was extremely prompt in his responses and his frankness is much appreciated. He does everything possible to please his customers and his pricing is very fair. I can easily recommend him without any hesitation to take care of any plumbing needs.

They were in my area and came earlier which worked out better for me.

Joe Bossong was very nice to work with, diagnosed & repaired the problem quickly & completely. He was quick to respond to my call, gave me an estimated time when he would arrive & called to advise he'd be a little late, due to a previous job, but was right here when he said. His rates are very reasonable, too! Top-notch work!
