Timely service reasonable prices I would highly recommend this company great job on my boiler.

John was very reliable and did not mind my asking him questions,which he answered quite honestly and I would recommend him to everyone ,especially since he always stood in touch with me during the wait for the parts and I definetly will be using his service from now on

John was thorough and knowledgeable. Even though the furnace was working, our thermostat has been throwing an error code for the humidity sensor. John explained that Carrier, unfortunately, stops manufacturing parts after 7 years (what?!?) and also that Carrier units won't work with generic or other brands, thus making for very expensive repairs. I'm sure some contractors would have pushed me to purchase a new Carrier thermostat at the ridiculous cost of $2,000. John gave me options, including doing nothing which means the furnace works but does not humidify-- which we will try for a while to see if dry air is an issue. Otherwise, he can install a separate humidifier for $300 -- far more reasonable than replacing Carrier's thermostat. Since the furnace is 9 years old and should last another 3-6 years, his solutions make a lot of sense. His charge to do the annual cleaning/tune-up was only $99. Will definitely hire again. Pleasant, prompt and reliable

First, I would like to said that John was prompt. He answered any questions I had and he even made some suggestions and recommendatios. I was truly satisfied with the job and I will be using him in the future.

John is excellent, knowledgable and affordable! I have hired him to do additional improvements to my HVAC system. He IS my "go to" guy for all & any HVAC system related maintenance and repairs. Nice to find someone who does not price gouge and fixes what needs to be fixed only.

As soon as he arrived went straight to the heart of the matter, pretty quick and efficiently stocked in his truck so didn't need extra parts. Very nice and explained what was wrong and if anything would be needed in the future. Made sure to test the system a few times before he left to make sure it was all well.
