Fix My Appliance Now

Very disappointed in the service I received. Gave the company my model number up front and told them the issue with the broken part. Instead of telling me in advance that they no longer make parts for this washer they sent a technician out who by the way came with no tools or flashlight. Came in and said to me they no longer make parts for this unit, that will be $100 for the service fee thank you and goodbye. Very unprofessional.

Plumber came, checked everything, did not found any problem (the same as myself) and left. My tenant did not hear any noise after that, so I am happy.

First the guy (Seth) stated that there was nothing wrong and the fridge was near the wall. He cleaned the area, charged the fee and left. He stated if something was wrong, a new cooling system was required. I called back and tried to schedule the repair--no calls back. After 3 failed attempts to schedule, they agreed to refund the service fee. Thankfully, they did not show. I called another person. The fridge is supposed to be against the wall. It was a relay sensor that was replaced for $100 by another person.

Great! Gentleman was very nice. Explained everything he did.

Frig repair guy assessed situation and ordered new tempurture sensor. Defrosted freezer and frig and installed new sensor. Have 90 day warrenty. Seems to be working better.

At first it seemed good. I called and made an appointment to have my dishwasher repaired. Simon came out later in the day and after spending less than 2 minutes looking at it said the drain line was clogged. He "fixed" it and then "checked" it before leaving. Ran the dishwasher an hour later and the problem still existed. I called the company the next day and was told Simon would return between a 3 hour window. He never returned or called. The following day I called the company and told them that no one showed up. They said they would look into it and call me back within an hour. Four hours later I called back because no one called and they would not answer. I tried three more calls without any response. I also left a voicemail which was not returned. DO NOT USE this company. How they have an A rating is beyond me.

Fortunately Fix My Appliance Now was available and showed up when they said they would. The technician was able to resolve the problem quickly and without recommending replacing it (our biggest fear!). He knew exactly what to do and also offered some suggestions for maintenance.

They did a great job! Fixmyappliancenow set a convenient appointment and showed up on time. The technician seemed very thorough and was able to fix my refrigerator same day. Can't thank them enough.

It went really really well. The guys are really the best in what they do. It was awesome, clean, and prompt service.

The young man they sent was courteous and seemed to know what he was doing, but a job that should have taken 40 minutes (his estimate) took a day and a half and he ended up calling in someone to help him when he couldn't get the dishwasher to stop leaking after he replaced the motor. The first new motor needed to be replaced and after getting the second motor, it finally worked without leaking.

He was just great! After the service my husband mentioned our snow blower was broken down. Nate went to a flea market for us and found a better snow blower for us, cheaper than it would be to repairs. I have never met someone as kind as to go out of their way just to help us and not charge us an extra fee. He just changed us what he paid. I am trying to think of anything else I need to fix! I will call him again as soon as I need someone. I would recommend him to anyone, he is always on time and very professional!

The young man who looked at the dishwasher arrived promptly after our call for help. He did a thorough job of examining the dishwasher and concluded there were two problems as to why the dishwasher wasn't functioning properly. To remedy this situation, the dishwasher needed a main wash motor and a new control board. He would look for these items and contact us about how much they would cost to replace. After doing a thorough search for these parts, we learned the control board was no longer available and that we would need to purchase a new dishwasher.

Answers the phone right away and old me they would come out that day - said they would call back in an hour with a time - never called - I called them 2 hrs later - said he couldn't get a hold of his technician - would call back - never did - called him next morning - finally got a time of 3pm - tech never showed - finally got a hold of technician - technician showed up at 7pm - gave me estimate and said he needed to check and see if he had part in stock would call first thing in the morning (technician also asked me not to call his boss - just to call him directly) Got a call from tech next AM - would be here at 6pm to fix - called at 6:30 to say he'd be here at 7:30, we have a daughter so I told him to come at 9am next am for fix instead. Called at 9:15 to say he was just leaving for us and he was 30 min out - showed up at 10:45 talking about traffic. Said he had to grab something out of his truck - he stood outside on the phone for 20 minutes before I went out to yell at him to get in and fix it (I was missing work for this) Entire time he called me "Brutua" told me stories about being tazered by cops but it not affecting him because he was too drunk. I was having trouble with refrigerator. It wasn't cooling at all. I called up Alex, and he was very sympathetic to my situation. He was kind and courteous. He dispatched out a technician the same day. The technician that came out was Seth. He was great. He diagnosed the problem right away and was able to fix the problem the same day! I was surprised. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend it to all my friends.
