Excellent they were reasonably priced and professional throughout the job

AMAZING! We had many estimates prior to Nick coming out. We were tired of the sales pitches and feeling like someone just wanted access to our checkbook. Nick and his team made us feel like family and so we went with Paramount solely based on that. We sure are glad we did! The dumpster was delivered when he Said it would be, they were there when he said they would be, and they didnâ  t stop until we were 100% happy with the roof! His team was neat and they were courteous of our furry children. They made sure to clean up as they went each day. Nick was out daily to make sure the progress was being made and we were happy. I couldnâ  t recommend them more!

I got 8 quotes for the roofing job. I chose Paramount because their pricing is competitive. They don't require down payment. They are more hands on (owner visited twice). I felt comfortable dealing with owner rather than just salesmen. They did the excellent job as scheduled & promised. Owner was always present during 3 days of work and I could ask questions anytime. We are over all happy with the project that Paramount did.

I let three different contractors bid on this project Nick/Paramount were the first and far superior in all aspects to the others. Not only was the price extremely competitive, Nick was also clear about exactly what I was getting (more than the others offered) and was extremely transparent about the whole process - including communication throughout. Additionally, there was no down payment and the invoice was only presented at the very end The work was done quickly and efficiently. The site was cleaned up at the end and Nick came by to inspect it himself. All told, a top-notch experience that I would use again and strongly recommend.

Paramount Home Solutions installed a new asphalt shingle roof on our house, installed new gutters and downspouts all around, and replaced a post and roof over the front stoop of our house. Nicholas responded to a request for proposal on Home Advisor. He came to our house to look at the job, explained what should be done, and what materials/products Paramount would use. He also explained in step by step detail how the project(s) would be completed and why. The final proposal was written in a manner that was extremely detailed, clear, and easy to understand. During the proposal process, Nicholas was very responsive to a few questions we had via telephone calls and emails. After Paramount's proposal was accepted and the starting date finalized, Paramount arrived at our house promptly at the agreed upon time and completed the job on time and in a highly professional manner. When they were finished they cleaned up the entire job site and removed all trash and scraps. Nicholas then did a complete "walk-around" and answered any questions. The roof looks amazing and we have already received several compliments. Paramount did an excellent job, and we will definitely be using them again.

I gave them a 4 for customer service only bc I was told they would contact me for scheduling but I ended up calling them. When I called the number on the business card with a question (after service) the voicemail said mailbox was full. I ended up emailing them instead.

Paramount came out right away and power washed the exterior of our home and our entire patio outback. They exceeded our expectations. Everything looked like new. We will definitely use them again and refer to family and friends.
