These gentlemen were professional, timely, and thorough. They took photos of the progress of the job to put me at ease that the job was done to my satisfaction. The cost was tremendously high, $1800 for less than two hours of work for three men, and materials that cost less than $200 - conclusion: do not put skylights in your house! If they leak as winter is approaching, you may be gouged to get a repair done in a reasonable time frame.

The work on the roof was fantastic. The new shingles look great. However they left a bunch of garbage in our gutters and on the roof that we couldn t see until we got up there. But they did a great job from start to finish.

Never cared to call back to make good. They overcharged me and did not use the materials that were provided and damage a frame around the door and never repaired the frame and let me know it was damaged. Did not finished the job and was fully paid and I had to inspect the roof and work was not completed on top.

We had a leak where the flashing and chimney met. I contacted All Star Roofing on a Monday and had an appointment for the next Wednesday which had to be cancelled due to bad weather. The following Friday the crew arrived on time as promised , evaluated the issue and were able to fix the problem at that time. Mr. Atallah and his crew were very polite and efficient. I appreciate the prompt service and will definitely use their services in the future. I highly recommend All-Star Roofing.

Our roof was leaking around a chimney and on a low-slope deck roof. All-Star Roofing & Home Improvement responded right away to my inquiry. We set an appointment to go over the issues and they came right away. I mentioned that I would like to have the work completed as soon as possible. They came to do it the next day. This type of service is uncommon in the residential trades. Give them a call.

I had a hard time getting a roofer to call back. So I went on HA website and they found All Star Roofing for me. They were professional and fixed my leak around my chimney.

Prior to doing work, they would always return calls and were easy to work with. Understood what I wanted. Cleaned up after themselves. However, after a problem was addressed they stopped returning calls and offering to help me.

When we had a leak in our roof, we weren’t sure who to call. We found All-Star and are glad we did. They were professional, fair and honest. They stand by their work. They fixed the leak and then replaced our entire roof in one day.

All roofers were very busy in late September. It's hard to find a roofer to work for you if you don't want to wait at least a week. The team had to squeeze their time to replace the roof for me on Sunday. They arrived on time and were friendly and patient. They took care every thing on the roof. Although it's too early to conclude the quality of the installation, I saw the installation was beautiful when I stand on the top of the ladder.
