Initially it was okay. Owner contacted me right away and came out quickly to check my system. They determined the whole system needed replacement and they contacted American Home Shield (AHS) for ordering the units. Then things went downhill. Apparently, AHS ordered wrong units and supplies twice, each time took about 10 days to find out the mistake and re-order. The owner had personal issues at that time (which I understood) so the communication was difficult. Long story short, I had NO heat in the cold winter for 1 month before it finally got fixed. The service was not the best I have seen. I would not recommend.

All I have to say is Jayson is great. Very upfront and honest with no BS. He also notice a "scam" anther HVAC company did to look like I had to fix that part. He corrected issues that were not installed correctly by anther company who installed my unit. I have been using Jayson for years now and NOT once did I have a problem. He always came on time and was very responsive. To be honest skip through the yellow pages and all other ad. Jason prices are right in line and defenly not over the top. He is all is very clean and won't mess up your house. He and his employees are very well educated and know what they are doing. Not once have they had to come out to fix the same problem.

My air conditioner stopped working 05/29/2015. Priority Comfort HVAC was assigned by the home warranty company (American Home Shield) to fix the problem. The contractor was very difficult to deal with over the phone. The owner uses his cell phone as the business line. Very unprofessional. On 05/30/2015 the worker arrived at my house 30 minutes late. It took him a couple hours to diagnose the problem. He thought my air conditioner needed a new blower motor (it was actually the compressor). He seemed like a novice. He kept calling his boss for advice on how to fix the problem. He left the job and said he couldn't fix it at that time. He said they would have to order a blower motor. It took a week for the part to come in. I had to keep calling the business to get a status. The worker came back on 06/09/2015 and was working on my air conditioner unit for three hours. He put in the ordered part but the system still would not run. He still couldn't find what was the problem. After more time, he said he needed to leave and that he couldn't fix it today. I asked when would they come back to fix and and he said he did not know. It's 06/15/2015 and I still haven't heard from the company. I don't want to use them since they have no idea how to fix it and they are very unprofessional. They cashed the $75 service fee check and I would like a refund since they did not complete the job. Total waste of my time. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They are absolutely horrible. Avoid this company at all costs.

Got connected with Priority Comfort through an HSA home warranty back at end of Feb as one of my hot water heating zones was not working, turns out there was air in the system. The technician Mike was helpful and was able to resolve right away, he was professional and didn't mind educating me on how the system works. An educated customer is potentially a good customer. He was thorough in his work and we even talked about how an additional electric water heater could be integrated into my home and even how they do annual maintenance boiler cleaning too. He noted a defective pressure valve that he would need permission for and we parted ways for the day. So far so good, work was done, I had heat and they would come back to fix the part after getting authorization. On a sidenote, they would also note on the paperwork that I would like a quote for an electric water heater.
A month goes by, no calls from Priority and I leave repeated messages. Everytime I do manage to talk to someone, usually at the end of my workday they would promise a call back the next day. Out of at least 10 times I've called them in this manner, I've probably only gotten 1-2 calls back as promised. After a few rounds of this, I come to find out that their office admin had somehow lost my work order and was finally rescheduled for a follow up visit around April/May. Again, Mike was assigned and he took another look at the system and noted some other defective vales and zone controller, no problem he'll add to the work order. I don't expect HVAC technicians to carry all parts on them at times so understand he has to get authorization and the parts and come back. Mike was also surprised noone had scheduled me for a quote to install a water heater.
Back to a game of call back tag, I would spend the next month or so repeatedly calling and getting the same promises of a callback to figure out what was going on. Finally, I got an answer that HSA was taking a long time approving work. I took the initiative to call HSA myself and after much pushing with them I got the authorization. Called Priority and again fell into a game of call back tag until we finally were able to schedule the work this past Friday. Mike was scheduled again, this time he had the parts and work was done promptly. Again, somehow no one made note again that I wanted a quote on a water heater.
After about 5 months, the whole issue has been resolved. Luckily all of this happened as we transitioned into spring but I went from a positive customer experience where I was willing to look into Priority for additional water heater and oil burner maintenance work to absolutely writing them off as someone I would use again.
The tech work was excellent and professional; someone who is willing to talk to the customer and see if they have other needs that the company can address. But unfortunately this goodwill was all thrown down the drain by subpar office administration and customer communications.

Our oil furnace stopped working on a Saturday night and we could smell oil.  I called Priority Comfort and spoke to Jason the owner.  I explained what was going on.  He was on another job and told me he could come out in the morning on Sunday.  He arrived on time, quickly identified that the problem was the transformer.  He had to go pick up the part at his shop nearby and promptly returned to install it.  He fired up the furnace and we had heat.  Mission accomplished!   Wo-hoo!
Overall, great service, reasonable price, and best of all: no hokey salesmanship.

I called Jason the owner last night and told him that my heater was not working and that could he please come the next day to check it out. He was going out of town so he sent his assistant Ken. Ken arrived on time and went right to work. I told Ken that I had Horizon here last night and they said I needed a mother board, pressure switch, blower motor as it was leaking oil and another kind of motor. I have a Lonnex heater and Ken said he was taught on this heater and loved working on them. I thought great. Ken did his diagnostics and checked the above parts for their working order (Horizon lied). He said to me that all were working fine and that heater was in great shape, he then found the problem, the thermonstat was not working. Ken left and came back with the part. Total cost of parts, labor and service call $160.00.  Herizon estimant of parts and labor $2,790.00 but they were pushing for a new heater with an est cost of 8,000.00.  This service tech and this company pride them selves on honest treatment of customers and customer satisfaction he said. I was recommend to them by 2 other people and as of this day forward they will be my HVAC people. Great job guys. Thanks you saved me a ton of money.

We have a home warranty and Priority is who the warranty company uses. The first visit, Mike came out to diagnose. He was very knowledgeable, very professional and it was an all-around great experience (so much that my fiance made a point to tell me about it and suggest that we use them for servicing). After the part was ordered, Jay came back to replace it and was extremely
thorough, making sure everything was working properly. He also answered our questions and explained things to us about the heater. I think we found our HVAC company!

I contacted Priority Comfort through my warranty company because my central A/C unit was not working properly.  Priority arrived at my home at exactly the time they told me they would.  Within a few minutes they determined what the problem was with the unit, but then proceeded to troubleshoot the entire unit to make sure they didn't overlook any underlying problems.  I was very impressed with their professionalism from start to finish and would definitely use them again. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing A/C service.

We called Priority Comfort after a family member gave them glowing reviews after using them (originally finding them through their home warranty). We called them at 9 PM, they returned our call within 20 minutes and were at our home in an hour. The owner (Jayson) and his colleague were professional, courteous, and respectful of our sleeping baby. They assessed our A/C unit, determined the problem, described the issue to my us, and fixed it on the spot. They replaced a switch and added freon. They also showed us how to care for our unit properly. Low and behold, our A/C began to work. We appreciated their honesty and will definitely use them again should the need arise.
