Description of Work: Tech came to troubleshoot unit. He replaced condenser motor on ac unit. The first motor the tech installed was bad (manufacturer defect and he got new part and replaced same day.) New part is louder than the old one but does the job!

Description of Work: We had a problem with our ac, they came out after hours, the tech was very nice, ended up signing up for maintenance contract as it made the emergency call way cheaper. They have been to the house twice since for the seasonal checkups
