They were very responsive, competent and polite. I did feel they were quite expensive - charge was more that $400 for about an hours work of one person.

Service was speedy, but a bit expensive. They fixed the blockage in my drain, but not the odor coming from the drain.

This would be a 5 star review if this company changed the way they price a job. Be warned that they will try to get as much as they can for a job unless you protest. They came out quickly, the tech was a pro and the job got done well. However when they called they would not give me a price. When the tech arrived he quoted me a ridiculous price for clearing a clog of $435. I said no and told him I would find someone else. We then haggled and I agreed to pay less than half of the quoted price, $200, which I still felt was too much. However I did not wish to wait for someone else, which is what they count on. So, great work, nice people, but will rip you off if you are not savvy. This job should be done for about $125 -$150, not $200 and certainly not $435!

5:15am I called a few businesses for my sewer line backing up and flooding my finished basement. Only Mr Rooter could come out quickly. 7:15am, Juan arrived . nice guy explained everything and got busy. Took care of the problem and was very nice and personable. I would recommend Mr Rooter and I will use their business for my plumbing needs in the future. Don C. Churchville PA

The washtub and drain had to be replaced. The tub was an old concreat double tub which had to be broken- up and removed. He did a very good job and informed me of any problems, giving me options as to how to procied with the project. I am pleased with the work done.

A drain that is outside my basement door was 100% clogged resulting in flooding in my basement twice in a week. Not a pleasant experience. I plugged in what I needed and Mike from Mr. Rooter called me right away. Even though it was 7:00 at night he said someone would be there tonight to clear the drain. Around 9:00pm Mike (the repair technician) arrived, driving from Allentown (90 min away) and within 30 minutes the drain was flowing freely. Mike was courteous, professional and thorough. I am so grateful for their promptness in addressing my problem.
