+ -1 moreIt went terrible they charged me way too much money for the job that was performed. I wouldn’t call these guys if they were the last company on earth. I wish I had more time I would’ve done it myself. But thanks to this like this It won’t happen to me again.
Description of Work: Needed a corrugated sump pump line reconnected and spliced in because of hole.

+ 0 moremy kitchen sink works like it was new. only thing I wish they took credit cards for payment.
Description of Work: my kitchen sink clogged up from holiday visitors, called them, they came right out and roto rootered my drain. the worker was super polite, and left my kitchen cleaner thanit was when he showed up. I would't hesitate to call again in the future. best expireance yet with a plumbing company

+ -1 moreIt is also a lesser quality heater. Without me knowing, he removed the cast iron baseboard that was already installed in the bedroom section, and installed stuff that he provided. I had my own source that I could have gotten it cheaper. He talked me into letting him do it and said he would only charge me the same price. He charged 88.50/linear foot and could have gotten it for 35/linear foot. We had a verbal contract. He charged me time and material instead of the contract price we had agreed on. When he was not even halfway done he asked for a check for 14,200. I told them I would give 7000 as a second deposit. But they refused to accept that. Within 2 weeks I was presented with a mechanics lien for 16,000. We are still in litigation. This has been a nightmare. I had to pay another 9,000 for someone else to come in and finish the job.
Description of Work: They installed a heating system from scratch. I had 3 different quotes the first time around. They ranged from 8 to 12. I took the highest bid. That contractor had to leave the job partially finished because of a disability. When I had contractors come back out for quotes they were 3 times the original quotes I got. So I hired RC Ford who seemed the most reasonable and honest. We had agreed on a price of 17,431. He collected 8200 from me as a first deposit. We had to start over from scratch because he told me I couldn't use any of the materials I had already paid for. They sold me a new, less efficient heater.
