Description of Work: I called them to schedule an appointment to have a leak around my chimney looked at. Steve showed up as scheduled and said they could do the work. He explained in detail what the job entailed and he also explained that this is a very busy time of year for them but that he would make sure I had the work completed before winter. I agreed and received the contract in the mail a few days later. I returned the contract signed with the deposit check on about 10/5/15. I did call twice to see if I would be scheduled soon; first on 10/12/15 then on 10/20/15. Steve was very professional and promised they would schedule me as soon as they could. He called on 10/29 and said they would be here the next day. They showed up when I was at work, fixed the roof, and were gone by the time I got home. I went on the roof the next day and from what I can see they did a very nice job. All in all a good experience. They admitted they were busy but were still willing to help me. Other companies were not so willing. I would recommend Schultheis Bros. and would call for their services in the future.

Description of Work: Called for emergency roof repair. Unfortunately they could not send anyone out for a couple of days, but they recommended a company that may be able to help. Their customer service was fantastic and as a new home owner, I hope I never need their services, but if I do I'll call Schultheis Bros. first.

Description of Work: Mike was my Tech and he did routine Winter maintenance. He took the time to explain the workings of my unit since I'm from So.California and never had this to deal with. He answered every question I asked him. He was very professional, patient,warm and personable.

Description of Work: Replaced 5 slate shingles on a three story tall roof. They were on time, personable and worked very quickly, letting me know exactly what they saw on my roof. |The communication I had with their office was better than most roofers I've contacted. The woman I spoke with was honest about when they could come out - about 2 days later - and explained pricing to me upfront. |I will definitely use them again.
