Description of Work: Our pipe in the powder room sink was cracked. They were able to attach a new piece of piping to the old one without replacing the whole pipe which would have involved replacing tile. They tried to find the most economic and least intrusive solution. I appreciated that mind set. I will use this company again.

Description of Work: Two guys came, and they told us we needed to have the line ''camreraed'', and after doing that, they told us that they could not give us an estimate. Only the owner does that, and they wanted 120.00 for camera-ing the line. It's been over a week, and there is no estimate. The worker they sent knew the problem and should have been prepared to give an estimate. It was a waste our time, and we clearly explained our needs from the onset. They were 2.5 hours late for the appointment.

Description of Work: For first call, he replaced valve and faucet in laundry room. Had him come out again to look for a leak inside the bathroom wall which was not there; it was found to be more of a construction problem than a plumbing problem. Excellent, cutting-edge equipment, professional staff, quick to respond to phone message. We found the prices slightly higher than some other plumbers, but would certainly use them again.
