Called at 11am on Black Friday. Technicians were on site and underway by noon. Blockage cleared, toilet reinstalled and cleaned up by 1:15. Super pleasant and professional team. Strongly recommend

They helped us find the source of the leak, it was the water line to the fridge. They were very accommodating and even stopped over before we left for work in the morning.

This is the second time I've used Pawlak Plumbing, Inc and both times the work was completed in a timely manner with no surprises. The first time Pawlak Plumbing, Inc had to cut into the concrete to replace a broken pipe that connected to the water meter. The situation was accessed and needed to be resolved ASAP. Everything was done neatly and quickly.

The plumber came promptly, was friendly and reassuring and showed me that it was really my faucet set, and gave me suggestions on choosing a better quality set to have installed. The repair was minimal, and quick (I had to leave for work!) He told me to just call back any time, and if I hadn't found a good one, he could supply me with one. I felt very relieved!

Justin was very professional, explaining what he did to both my husband and myself. He also answered plumbing and remodel questions not related to the toilet installation. Would definitely want Pawlawk Plumbing, specifically Justin, to come back and do future plumbing work.

They were very good. In fact, I used them again for an clogged bathroom sink. I try to use them again. They are very responsive, quick, and quick response. I would say very competent, and very professional. The price is very good. I had other estimates for the big job, and they were the best.

It started on the second floor, that was a mess. I think I found them in Angie’s List. I recommended them to a friend. It was reasonable. I keep going back to them because they come and they do it. You don’t have to fight with them to get something accomplished. You don’t have to make repeated calls, you don’t have to argue about anything. I don’t have to understand anything, they’ll just fix it.

Pilot light went out on the Friday evening of a three day Holiday weekend. We tried to re-ignite per the manual and it worked for a few hours then went out again. We decided to replace the water heater as it was ten years old. Called Pawlak Plumbing (we had other work done with them in the past ) on Monday morning and they said they would be out that afternoon. They arrived 1:30pm and were done about 2:30pm. Removed the old water heater, cleaned up the area and also gave instructions about the new water heater. Justin was very professional.

Fantastic!...Justin was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was going to do. He also gave me some info regarding future jobs, if necessary. He explained that the particular job he did would remedy the problem and not to do extensive work unless it is necessary. That was fine with me.
