we got our roof and windows done in a timely fashion and everything looks great

When we were looking for a contractor to do the roof for us, we got a phone call from Home Genius Exteriors. They sent their sales rep Andy Leach to our house to do a full inspection of the roof and get us a price. He was a very personable guy and made sure we knew exactly how they would do the work on the roof and what materials would be used and what our warranty would be. We wanted to get multiple estimates but our daughter was here and looked into the company and helped us make a faster decision because of the high ratings online and reputation they have been building. Weâ re glad we went with them. The project Manager Caleb Boggs took care of us every step of the way and communicated with the crew for us to make sure they knew exactly what needed to be done. Itâ s apparent that everyone who works for Home Genius Exteriors cares about their jobs and the people that they work for. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a roof replaced.

Riley, the estimator, was very knowledgeable and the workers were fantastic. They did a great cleanup. I didnâ t want to clean up after the job was done and they left nothing behind!

I found these guys because they left flyers at my house and then looked them up on Angi and decided from there to have them come out and give me quote for my gutters. Tim Levdanski is the sales rep that came to my house and told me about hey they do the work and how much it would cost and I decided to have them do the work. About 2 or 3 days later they came out to do my project. Caleb Boggs the project manager helped the crew out by getting them what was needed for the job and made sure I was happy with the work. overall I can say I would likely recommend these guys for gutter work.

An employee from Home Genius Exteriors came on Saturday, I was texted about the start date. The material and dumpster came on Tuesday and Wednesday @7:30am a crew started the roof. The crew stayed until after 8 pm. Thursday only a couple people came to finish up the work. Shane was the project manager and he sent a another crew on Friday to finish everything up. Everything was great.

Everything went smooth, good support from the team. The workers were curteous and finished up the roof in one day, I donâ t know what anyone else could ask for!

I had emphasized to them that I just wanted to fix the problem that caused the water to leak into my house. They claimed there was roof damage, so I signed up for a new roof. When my insurance auditor had a guy inspect for the source of the leak they found that the problem was the gutters, not the roof. With the roofing materials still sitting in front of my house, I talked to a H.G. rep to cancel the project. He claimed I would have to pay $2500 plus 20% to return the product. Knowing that the roof would eventually need replaced, I agreed to go forward with the project. After a heavy storm we discovered a new leak that caused damage to another part of the house. I called H.G. to file a complaint and was told that they would send a team out to inspect the roof. The team arrived about a week ago, but I have no info on what they found or if any work was done -or will be done to fix the source of the leak. Nor has anyone responded to us regarding what will be done about the damage resulting to the interior of the house.

I had Hank, a company rep come out to give me a quote on my roof and he was polite and paid attention to my needs. He explained the way that their intake ventilation worked in combination with the ridge vent allowing better airflow through the attic to keep the roof dry and cool. Not many other people do that. Thomas construction did the work for me and I was very happy with the end results and the project manager Caleb came out at the end of the job and got some great shots of the roof with his drone and answered questions I had before I signed off for completion. This was all done in a very timely manner. From first contact to finish the job was done within 2 week. Great company and people.

It would help if the project manager were able to be on site more often. While the work is going on. I had some difficulty communicating with the crew in Spanish.

***MUST READ*** I cannot be anymore grateful for how much this company went above and beyond to take care of me in my situation fom start to finish. Austin Tonovich, contractor, was very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. I asked so many questions and he was super nice and professional. Caleb Boggs the site manager was great in working with his crew to get things done so incredibly timely and he communicated with me the entire time, reassuring me along the way. He was a pretty cool dude just to talk to. I was actually surprised that a guy from their management, Brendan Thomas, actually reached out to me and spoke with me on multiple occasions. He walked me through everything - the contract, explained the numbers and why, etc so that we were able to work something out I could actually afford which I didn't think was possible as I am not exactly rich by any means. The entire crew worked their asses off and did an amazing job; they were some hard working guys. I am extremely grateful for them and really can't thank them enough for everything. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone, regardless of your income. They want to help YOU!

I was thrilled with the fast work by this company, from scheduling the cost estimate & inspection to the installation. The company took the time to explain the current condition of our roof and what needed to be done, Alexis showed me the different steps in which the team would complete the installation project. the project manager, Shane Miele kept me up to date with the project status as the installers were onsite as well as with scheduling the final walk through. Everyone took the time to answer our questions throughout the process and we could not be happier with the results. Our neighbors already asked for the company information!
