Genius Home Exteriors Roofing division replaced my shingled roof. Their quote was higher than most, but I thought that would hopefully ensure higher quality. They were supposed to replace a piece of plywood that was warped, that did not occur. I had a ridge vent which the eliminated (not at my request). This warped wood caused the shingles in the back of the house in one area to severely lift. The company came out and agreed the ridge vent should be reinstalled and the bottom two layers of shingles in the entire back of the house replaced. They did replace the ridge vent promptly to their credit. However, they had to get the shingles from their warehouse, I was told that would occur 2 weeks ago. I called and was told that was a mistake and the shingles would be picked up the following week . I called that week and was told the repair would occur Friday, October 27th at 11AM. When they didn't arrive I texted the manager and was told the were running behind. I called at 1PM and was told they were still running behind, but the repair would be done before the end of the day-----they never showed up and never called to explain. Terrible communication and follow through especially in lieu of the price I paid!

Someone knocked on the door and asked if we wanted a free inspection of our roof. We were already kicking around getting a new and violaâ ¦Brandon came out, gave us a quote and just as promised, Caleb and the crew showed up Monday and put on a new roof. From the time we met to the finished was one week exact. We are so incredibly happy with the job. My house looks brand new to me. Iâ m beyond happy with the work and the appearance is amazing!

A young guy from this company saw me on my porch and let me know that we're doing work in the area and we're free estimates. We knew some kind of work needed done so we took him up on the offer. Within a couple of days one there sales reps Ben came out to inspect my roof and see what needed done. He did a great but lacked some experience but we decided this company would do great. Caleb the project manager contacted us the night before to let us know when the crew would be here and showed up the next morning to make sure everyone was on the same page. There was a little bit of a misunderstanding between the estimator and the contract but the project manager was able to come up with a satisfactory remedy. The work looks great and was done quickly. Overall I'm happy and dont need to worry about my roof anymore.

The company was in the area doing work and Jamie, a canvasser for the company knocked on my door to let me that they offering free estimates for roofing. I knew I needed work done but wasnâ t sure how soon or what type. A few days later the sales rep Anthony Tonkovich came out and did an inspection and even used a drone to get some top down shots and afterward we realized it needed done pretty badly. He explained thoroughly how they would do the job and showed me some examples of work theyâ ve done in the area. I thought they were offering some great perks and decided to do it. Lauren contacted me to move the job forward within a week and we held off a couple of days longer due to the forecast not being favorable. The project manager Caleb Boggs called me prior to the job starting and met with me the next day to makes sure everything started out smoothly and stayed in contact with me during the process. At the end of the job we walked around to see the end result with another drone inspection and I was very happy with it. Caleb even helped me move my potted plants before and after the project to keep them safe. I would say it was a good experience all around.

I went to Angie to find a contractor to put up gutter guards and change a downspout for fair price. Within 2 days to give me an estimate. Brandon showed up took look at everything and showed is the guard they use and explained what made it the best pretty much. The price came in much better than leaf filter and they said they could get done quick. Within week the job scheduled to be done. The project manage Caleb kept himself available for any concerns and the job was done in about two hours. From the time we met to the time the job was complete it took under a week. I would highly recommend home genius if you need gutters and guards.

We decided to take a chance and the very next day Austin Tonkovich came out ti the house to inspect and see if the work even needed to be done. We knew it was about time and Austin showed us photos that indicated we had a small amount of leakage and decided it was time. He explained to us how the process worked from start to finish and everything went as he said. Our project Manager Caleb Boggs took great care of us and stayed in contact with us to let know how things were going. The roofing crew lead by Scott was excellent and professional. From start to finish it took less than 5 days to have the roof installed. This was a great experience all around. I've already recommended them to a friend.
