I was approached by a random salesman who was canvassing the neighborhood. Usually I would not even talk to someone like that but the young man was well dressed and friendly, and it was a project that I needed to have done. So I spent a little bit of time talking with him, and he set an appointment for two days after that for me to meet with a project Director who would give me an estimate Again I was leery, but it sounded like a reputable company. I did my due diligence research on the Internet. The drone videos that they took of my house showed more damage to the roof than I had known about. When I indicated an interest in going ahead with the project, A date was set within a week. They asked for a minimal deposit. The workers worked well together and they worked hard. After the project was done they cleaned up all around the house. Their work was exceptional as was their customer service orientation. I would definitely hire this company again! They communicated with me extensively during the project to make sure I was happy with what was happening. Everyone who was involved with my project was exceptional! I am extremely pleased to recommend them as highly as possible.

The gentleman who came for my free estimate, Tim Levdansky was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly but wasnâ t high pressure. I was given a follow up text to see if I had any other questions and was immediately responded to via phone call by Dan Rosenthal. Daryl Faulkner was nothing short of a miracle worker and was able to fit the work I needed into my budget! My roof installation was scheduled and completed within 4 days! The project manager on my job, Tyler Rugh was very communicative throughout the job and made sure I was satisfied. The crew was efficient and cleaned up well when finished. I could not be more pleased with everyone involved from start to finish. They, as a team, worked together to earn my business. I chose Home Genius over 5 other companies and it has been by far the best experience Iâ ve ever had with a home improvement contractor.

I liked that Tim wanted to go into the attic to check the wood to make sure everything was checked and that was part of the inspection. Everyone was on time throughout the process. Tim did a great job in explaining the process. It was done in one day and I loved how we werenâ t waiting around for weeks for the job to be finished.
