To clarify this situation, the equipment was totally adequate for the job and has done many jobs satisfactorily before. The employees that showed up have done a number of jobs with no complaints and many compliments. The Customer told our staff NOT TO TURN THE PRESSURE UP because he was afraid the bricks would loosen up. He also did not wish to have any cleaning agents used to do the job. He also insulted our crew upon their arrival, demeaning them and expressing an attitude of superiority. He was clearly racist in his remarks to our crew. This team has received high praise from many of our customers on their work. While Hadad's works quite comfortably with a wide variety of customers ranging from varied ethnic and economic backgrounds, this was our first undeniably racist customer. We cannot do a quality job when the Customer does not allow the proper use of cleaning agents and tools. In addition I did not agree the job was not done properly! I saw what kind of a person I was dealing with and knew that there was no way to please him. Our position on this particular Customer is that he is not up to our standards as a member of society, let alone someone we would work for. We would strongly suggest he not purchase any more Angie's List Specials from our Company as we do not care to work for, nor do we need work from people like him!
