Description of Work: I purchased a "Big Deal" for Hadad Services.

Description of Work: Two Hadad staff spent 3 hours (total 6 person hours)cleaning. They did a fine job. We are very satisfied, and would certainly use this company again.

Description of Work: They shampooed my carpet. They were very professional and efficient.

Description of Work: The actual work done was very good. Dealing with the office was another issue. I tried telling them upfront that the location of our hose bib required a very long hose to reach the driveway, which they were to power wash. The office misspelled our street, and sent their workers to another area. When they finally arrived, they did not have a long enough hose, and had to sit and wait while a longer hose was brought over. It was a delay of hours from our agreed upon starting time. The work was well done. Someone from the office visited our site and decided we owed more money than the deal price, since we had more surface area cleaned. If the work performed by the company had not been as thorough and well done as it was, I would have rated this experience much lower.

They were approximately 10 min. late, but they called to tell me that they would be late. |The service technicians were very professional and the job they did was excellent. I would certainly use their services again.

Description of Work: They cleaned 4 rooms of carpet and did a very good job! I would definitely use their service again!

Description of Work: Owner Craig came out and assessed what had to be done for a garage cleaning. He was very precise that everything would be taken out, even things on the walls. When 2 workers arrived, they were an hour late due to some misunderstanding as to who was working the job. Their office did call to alert us. Both workers were friendly and very accommodating although chose to do the work in what they thought was a more efficient use of their time. Things were not taken off the shelves, only moved from side to side so they knew where things belonged. They hosed out the garage and cleaned the inside of the garage doors/windows when I asked them to do so. Later, upon closer inspection, the top of one of the shelves had not been touched - bird seed and mouse droppings still there. Not sure the work bench had been wiped off either and whether Christmas decorations were taken off the walls. I did call the company and Craig was back in touch the next day. Very apologetic and assured me he had spoken to his workers. Offered to come back and I declined because we had gone ahead and finished what had to be done. I suggested he give his workers a "to do" list giving all the specifics of what had been agreed upon instead of the customer having to tell and oversee the job. He seemed to appreciate my suggestion and saw this as a "teachable moment" for his employees. I checked I would use them again in this evaluation but only if they came with a list in hand. Did appreciate their hauling away some of our junk and Craig following up with me promptly. Bottom line - don't think there was much discussion between Craig and his employees about the specifics of our job beforehand and that would have made a difference.
