Description of Work: Originally purchased an Angies list coupon for a deep house cleaning for $149.00. Services included washing floors, washing down all woodwork and trim, wiping down the fronts of kitchen cabinets, vacuum, dusting, thorough cleaning of all appliances, deep cleaned my bathroom. I have decided to continue with 2 hours of maid service every 2 weeks and absolutely LOVE IT. Nothing better than coming home to a clean home after a hectic day at work. My stove, refrigerator and bathtub have NEVER been this clean. Darcy and Leslie are fantastic to work with. WELL WORTH THE MONEY. They are trustworthy, show up on time and are very nice to my very old dog who gets in their way! The office is easy to work with and always answer the phone when called during business hours. Karen the owner is lovely and even called me after my first cleaning to make sure I was satisfied with the job.

Description of Work: Overall the service was ok. Two women came and worked for 1 hr and 45 minutes (to do a "whole house thorough cleaning") The kitchens and bathrooms were good. Several pieces of furniture were not dusted. A register was bumped, knocking the cover off and it was just left laying. I appreciated that they scheduled this quickly and they were prompt. They worked quickly and efficiently for the time they were here. This was a "big deal" through Angie's list, with a value of $300 at a cost of $159 - which works out to more than $45 per hour for the time they were here. That doesn't seem like much of a "deal"!

Description of Work: I gave the ladies my priority list and they did a beautiful job. They were late but that was due to GPS issues. They let me know of their difficulties which was the perfect way to manage the problem which is why they still received an A for punctuality.

Description of Work: Hi, Donna & Jeff came yesterday to do a free cleaning of our home since I was not pleased with a previous service. They did a much better job. They arrived on time. They were pleasant and seemed eager to work their magic. I had to leave, but when I returned, the house looked much better. Thanks for the extra effort. Jan Sweeney

Description of Work: Were very late for appointment because of client before me. However,they more than made up for that with the service and attention to detail in cleaning my carpets. Very professional!

Description of Work: Cleaned out my garage and then organized it utilizing multiple storage items and shelving units that were still in boxes (they assembled). Also swept my driveway, front porch and steps unsolicited. Their organization ideas were far better than mine and while I worked alongside them, they took the lead without requiring a great deal of input from me freeing me up to sort thru things.
