Description of Work: The crew was very professional and did a very good job. The cleaning was excellent. | |I bought two coupons for four areas of ANY SIZE from angie's list (I had confirmed this size issue by calling them before buying the coupons). When the crew come, they told me that the rooms are too big and contacted their office. The lady in the office insisted that the coupons were not for rooms of any size. I had to spent like 30 mins on the phone with the lady and the angie's list in order to prove that the coupons listed were indeed of any size. At the end, Angies list pulled up the original advertisement of the coupon which showed that the coupons were indeed for four rooms of any size and the lady in the office had to give me what I had paid for. I did not appreciate the attitude of the lady on the phone and spending half an hour on the phone back and forth. At the end of our conversation, the lady in the office kept saying that "I am the winner of the day" and "I should tip the workers accordingly" as if I need her advice about how much to tip the workers. I was going to tip the workers for the good job they did, not because she said so and definitely not because of the deal I got. I think the lady made a mistake when she gave the advertisement on angies list, then she got upset when she realized her mistake. It was not a pleasant experience to communicate with the lady on the phone. As I said, the cleaners were great and were very kind, and they did a great job.

Description of Work: They never showed up. However I did receive a call with an apology. I certainly appreciated that which is the reason for a C rating as apposed to an F.

Description of Work: My wife and I were very pleased with the carpet cleaning. The two representatives were courteous and responsive and we would recommend Hadad Services to others.

Description of Work: Cleaned rugs in living room, dining room, and hall. Some spots still remain.

Description of Work: They did routine house cleaning every two weeks. They were prompt in responding to a phone message of any special request or report of something needing more attention. Quality somewhat depended upon the team that was sent to the house. There was one team who was excellent but could not continue. Others were not so good including the designated on-site supervisor for the team. There was some attempt to keep with one team so that there was some familiarity established which was appreciated. However, there were some problems too. One team tore the wallpaper in our kitchen behind the table. As far as I know nothing was reported about this. Occasionally the dusting was not thorough, garbage was bagged but left inside the house and bed linens that were changed were thrown in the bedroom closet. What prompted our termination of the service was a life change for one of us living in the house, not because of the service.

Description of Work: They cleaned our home, including high and low dusting, wiping down window sills, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming. They did a superb job on our bathrooms--my least favorite rooms to clean. We will definitely use them again!
