Description of Work: Had entire house's carpet cleaned. Very personable, polite, and did an outstanding job. They didn't charge extra for the stairs or entry way!

Description of Work: They cleaned entire 2700 s.f. House in two and half hours. Two women. Very efficient. Plan to use them monthly, and get to various "extra" areas as need be. Very professional. Quality cleaning.

Description of Work: Whole house cleaning. | |They cleaned the house, however, in cleaning my bathroom tile a few of the tiles came loose. The tile is aged and I don't think they caused it; however, no one told me until I went in the bathroom while they were working elsewhere. I had to ask about it and when I did they said they would put it in their report and have the owner call me. It's been two weeks and no one has called me. | |Not immediately calling my attention to the damaged tile is acting like some part time person working for a few extra dollars. If I hadn't asked would they have even told me? Did they hope I wouldn't notice it until after they were gone-or by some bizarre thought process not notice at all? What was in their minds to not tell me. Why did the owner not call and at least express some sort of regret or make some suggestions for repair people. I found out how difficult it is to find people to repair tile, they all want to completely redo the whole bathroom. | |One final thing to mention is that a piece of tile is missing. Obviously it has no value that I suspect theft, but what happened to it-did it break and they threw it away with the trash. Again, why not account for it? It's 1950s pink and may be difficult to match. What else was not done that might not be so obvious? | |Again, I think that the grout was old and they didn't cause the problem but their entire way of ignoring it was unacceptable. I think this has caused sufficient distrust to justify an overall rating of F and not using them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for 4 areas of carpet cleaning for $125. The service was outstanding and the gentlemen who arrived to clean the carpets were extremely professional and did excellent work. Would definitely use them again. However, when I made the appointment I was told they would arrive by 9 a.m. and they did not arrive until 11:30 a.m. due to the person who does the scheduling failing to specify the appointment time in the work order. Also, when I called to inquire about the status after they hadn't arrived by 9:30 a.m., I was left on hold for about 10 minutes. Otherwise great service.

Description of Work: Hadad Services showed up on time and completed the contracted work as promised. The scheduling was easy, follow up was good and the quality of work performed was as promised.
