Very well. All were professional and friendly. Installation was clean. Test result prior to active mitigation was 38.4 and post active mitigation <.03 which is fantastic. Would highly recommend Radon-Rid.

Things went well; the result was great, the company was punctual, responsive, and communicative. Marc was great to work with.

Radon level was 11.5 before remediation and .24 after, so the result could not have been better. The installer, Dave, was first class from start to finish and owner Marc graciously adjusted his schedule to fit me in sooner as I requested. My only complaint was the price, and only because the home inspector who tested the radon levels told me the cost would be $800 to $1,500. My realtor said about $1,000.

Marc was awesome. He quickly and efficiently inspected my existing system and provided a radon test for further evaluation. I had many questions about my system and radon remediation and Marc went above and beyond to promptly answer those requests. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM AND HIRE THEM FOR FUTURE WORK.

The owner visited to review our test results and basement condition to provide the free quote. Mark was obviously very knowledgeable and explained what was needed and why. The quote was received via email that evening. The work was done today by Dave, also very knowledgeable and professional. He left the basement in fine condition and provided a follow up radon kit to be performed within the next couple weeks. Everything was explained very clearly, yet he was available for any additional questions. I would have no concerns with working with them again in the future. Thank you!

I really wanted to use this company because of all the positives reviews, but was extremely disappointed by the "scheduling department". It was hard to get someone on the phone and when I did, she couldn't give me a set date for the estimation. She kept giving me dates and times and then saying, "oh wait that's already taken, hold on". It was pretty frustrating and then she gave me a date and time two weeks out from my call after I said I needed it done before settlement on my home. I was up front with my settlement date, so when she said I couldn't get an estimate for two weeks, I asked "does that give us enough time to get the project done?" And she said "no, probably not." So, I don't understand the point of my phone call, I said thank you and I'm now looking for another company to do the work.

Marc and his workman were fabulous. Quick and neat and installed the fan outside and fixed up the sump pump to work as approved by inspectors. Fabulous and fast. Checked out everything.

The actually installation went very smoothly. Our test came back with very low radon levels after the system was installed. I give a B+ rating based on the length of time it took to book the appointment to have the system installed. The owner who provided the quote said they were booking 7-10 days out and it ended up they were booked over a month out. I may have gone with another company had I known it would take so long. Otherwise excellent job. Nice job cleaning up after as well.

They were great. Everything was explained and all work was done unobtrusively. The result lowered the radon level from over to les than half of the recommended maximum level.

The job was completed in a few hours and with no problems. The work was done in professional manner and all debris were cleaned up and removed.

We had a really difficult to solve radon problem and Marc, the owner of Radon Rid LLC, brought enormous knowledge, patience and dedication to the challenge of solving it. When needed, he brought in outside experts as consultants. Yet he was mindful of cost and always taking the least expensive alternative at every juncture so that we would not incur more cost than we had to. He consistently did whatever was needed and never gave up, even when it seemed we had tried everything. He was always courteous and responsive, as was his crew, David. Where other companies simply stop returning calls when their remediation didn't work, Marc remains on it, whatever it takes. Our levels (knock on wood) are now below 2.

Perfectly- an estimate was given and system design was provided. Both were spot on and the work was very clean and well done. The staff was also very friendly and courteous.

The installer was on time & friendly. The area outside was cleaned up nicely.

A shame I can't hire them for more that's how well it went!

Marc was great. He was very professional and welcoming over the phone, showed genuine interest in what our concerns were, and was able to get us on his calendar to do an inspection in short order. The day of the inspection he arrived on time. He was very friendly and very professional. He spent a long time looking over our system, sketching it out, examining each component, and testing its effectiveness. He then went over his finding with us. Fortunately, our system is functioning fine as of now, but there are some areas that may need work down the road. He pointed those areas out to us and advised us to do a radon test. In order to save us money, he recommended an online vendor that provides very affordable "do-it-yourself" kits. He instructed us to send him the results as soon as we had them. You can tell Marc really cares about his customers. A+ across the board.

Work was completed on time and with high quality. Radon level dropped from 10.0 pCi/L to 1.2 pCi/L.

The communication, responsiveness, price, quality of work are simply outstanding. I wish all contractors are like them.

Service was prompt and very professional

They were very professional, from the first phone call to job completion. It was a pleasure working with them. The installer explained all aspects of the system, was prompt and neat. Our radon levels went from 4.2 to 1.0.

We used Radon-Rid in 2013 when we purchased a 1950s home with radon levels in the 11+ range. Marc was great to work with and his technicians were friendly and efficient. The levels dropped immediately to well below the recommended threshold. When we added a basement waterproofing system a couple years later, they came back to inspect the system to ensure it was still working effeciently, and when our motor fan stopped working, they quickly replaced it under warranty. When we sold an investment property a couple years later, the buyer wanted us to have it remediated and she was given a low-ball price (sight unseen) by a company her inspector recommended. I warned her that there were special circumstances due to the basement waterproofing and other issues, and we hired Radon-Rid instead, knowing they would thoroughly inspect the property and give us a fair price for the right system for the job. As expected, everything went smoothly. We then purchased another home in 2016, built in the 20s, which had extremely high levels. We immediately called Marc. After very thorough inspection, he informed us that, due to the size of the home and the configuration of the foundation, we would need multiple entry points. They installed the system in the unfinished part of the basement and said that if that did not bring the readings down far enough, they would have to add entry points in the finished section, which we were hoping to avoid. Due to Marc's thorough work and calculations, the entry points in the unfinished section were sufficient to bring the readings down well below the safe threshold, and no work was required in the finished basement. We have been very happy with Marc and Radon-Rid, and would recommend them to anyone!
