Marcel is the man. Came through on a Saturday to look at what would be needed for my install, and got the job done by Monday evening. Also took the time to keep the entire job site spotless and walk you through the whole process. Cares about doing the work right and is an all around professional. Will definitely go with Strive for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Problem was minor with my thermostat and Marcel could have really taken advantage of lack of knowledge. He didn’t and as many times as I have been ripped off I so appreciate him not trying to take advantage of a senior citizen. I will trust him with any future problems

Prompt response, Marcel completed the repairs the very next day and was very professional. Though the repairs did cost me more than expected but still a happy customer for the prompt service.

Demetri, the technician, was on time and worked our furnace issue until it was fixed. He explained everything as he went and stuck around long enough to make sure the repair worked.

These guys knew their business. I have an old house with old steam pipes, so I knew that boiler installation would be a challenge. They got it done, and didn’t tear my place up while doing it. The guys were very polite and professional. The most important thing that I appreciated was that they explained to me how the equipment operates, then explained how to use the thermostat. They removed the old unit, then cleaned up my basement, I liked that alot.
