The repair was super quick and efficient. Good work overall.

Work on done on a timely basis and workers arrived on time. The workers complied with my requests such as: not going onto adjoining properties. and be sure that they seal any gaps in seams between homes. One of the most impossible places to repair was our peak, Pictures were taken showing the work before and after.

Nick came out right away for the free evaluation of our roof issues, and was there the next day to put a whole new roof on! Quick but awesome work, and amazing price! We'll be having them back for some other work in the future for sure.

I was having trouble booking someone to clean my gutters and down spouts people kept canceling or ghosting me. . They were able to come next day, and do the work for a better price.

My downspout came off during a storm. I was able to get a quick quote over the phone after taking some pictures. He came the next morning(on a weekend) at 7am, right on time, and had the work done quickly. A+ service. I won't bother calling anyone else in the future.

Prompt and fast and respectful.

Nick and his workers came out to give me an estimate in a timely manner. They gave me a reasonable price for the jobs that I needed done. They show up early and go to work immediately. They did three jobs for me. 1) they repaired my roof 2) they weatherized the back wall of my home 3) they repaired and cemented my porch and front basement walls under the porch. I am so pleased with Stephenson and Family Roofing that I am lining up another job with them.

Unprofessional, lack of communication, was rushing to get the job done, not quality work at all, I have a lot of lumps in my ceiling, is not smooth. He did not come back as promised to fix the job.
