HORRIBLE. He did return the heat to working but it broke again soon afterwards. Neither he or his company returned our phone calls for an entire weekend (so much for their emergency service) and after we did get a hold of them they said they would reimburse us for the repairs but were too busy to come out. We called and left many many messages (10-15) and faxed them the receipts multiple times over the last 11 months and are still "waiting" for our reimbursement check. Occasionally they did pick up the phone and always promised we would have the check by the end of the next week. The service contract fee (and perhaps the initial repair) was a waste of money and a setup for huge amount of frustration. I tried Googling additional numbers for them but was unable to get a hold of them any other way, though one person I called said they had a lot of people trying to reach Parisi's Heating. Obviously, I would strongly recommend against hiring them.
Description of Work: We lost heat from our Heat Pump on a Sunday and Stephen came out to fix it. We paid for a repair ($300) and a service contract (which was only an additional $200 since he had just repaired the unit).
