MULLIN came out twice in effort to repair my 17 year old refrigerator. Technician put in new computer panel on 2nd visit and was paid. I later texted him that the problem was persisting and I was going to buy a new refrigerator. He told me he had discussed my appliance with colleagues and had done some research. He requested that I wait for him to get additional parts and let him try (at no further cost to me) to fix the problem with the new information he had uncovered. The refrigerator is now working. MULLIN went above and beyond and his persistence has certainly benefited me.

Brendan provided exceptional service. I had a problem with my GE dryer so I googled it and thought I could do repair myself. I took dryer apart but could not get it back together.. Brendan clarified my GE Dryer info on the phone prior to doing the job. Once he arrived he put it back together and checked all connections and now it is back working again. The price was also fair.
