They came out same day and fixed the problem inside and on the roof. Jeff was very personable and stayed late to finish the job. I would definitely recommend them.

The company was very responsive and had Simone come out with a week of requesting their help. We needed our AC unit moved and a Freon leak repaired. Rocco and his assistant came out and did a great job. Rocco heard me complain about being annoyed with hearing the loud motor kick in when I sit next to the unit on my patio and he had a great solution to move the unit to the opposite end of my back yard. The idea was brilliant and didnâ t cross my mind. So thatâ s what we did and it open up the living area so much more and I can now enjoy my coffee and cocktails in peace. We Would use this company again.

I actually had the owner come out and he was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I had three other people come out before him and they did not know what to do. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.

Jeff was very quick with his initial contact & replies. It's been days & I still haven't heard from about any other company. I had a real emergency with no AC, kids & pets. Jeff came out in the dark on a Saturday night & got it running within 10 minutes. Their yearly cleaning is very affordable & less then competitors. Their after hours fee was reasonable as well. Plus they gave me a nice discount on the other work. Their price on my part/install was slightly higher, but compareable to other places. Greatly appreciate as a single mom. I'll definetly use them again. Highly recommended!

Simply outstanding. I had been using another company I will not name here, but looking over the HORIZON for help since they could not service my Air Conditioner until August, I turned to Home Advisor. Desperate for help, low and behold up popped Mechanical Monster. Expecting another July/August response, I spoke to this very nice lady, and she said the owner Jeff had an opening the following day! Wow! I was still a bit leery but Jeff showed up, explained to me everything he was doing, made me feel at ease. He found the problem, went above what a normal repairman would do and said you will have Air Conditioning tonight. He was out in the dark, in the rain, getting done. I have not had customer service like that in probably over 30 years. This is a great example of what America used to be, companies going the extra mile to satisfy their customers. This is rare in these times, and I am really blessed to have come upon Mechanical Monster and Jeff. Renews my hope for our great country that there still are companies out there to put their customers first.

Still waiting for the company to repair ceiling they used to access the problem. Workmanship on radiator and heating system update is stellar! Highly recommend. Need ceiling repair completed for total satisfaction with job.

We hired Mechanical Monster to help us with a poorly installed HVAC unit. Victor showed up the next day, and created a game plan to get it fixed. The quote was reasonable and came with assurance that if anything goes wrong, they will come back. Victor had his hands full with our system, he had to basically redo the entire install because the contractor we had before did such a poor job. We feel a lot more confident knowing he is now so familiar with our system and is just a phone call away if anything goes wrong. We will recommend to others.
