Description of Work: Replace control switch on the washer. Replace water hoses for maintenance. Elite Appliance Svc is a sole proprietorship business with Michael Pinto providing all scheduling and services himself. Prompt return of phone call, easy and available scheduling, pre-arrival call as promised, prompt on-time arrival, impressively knowledgeable about the appliance bringing the correct parts on the first trip having already diagnosed the problem [it could have been a couple of other items, but he chose the most likely and was correct]. Great care to not damage the floor when moving the machine. This is A+ service. I will not be calling anyone else in the future. TAG TAG
