Joseph worked very hard. First he tried to restore the capacity of my existing condensor unit until it was determined that it was beyond repair. He gave a fair price to purchase and install a new condenser and to trouble shoot quirks. He is very dilligent and delves into the tedious aspects with relentless determination. He was able to identify a significant electrical problem that was causing privious units to burn out prematurely: issues the original installer and another service provider had not identified. He provided very detailed instructions that will inform a licensed electrician to complete work neccessary for optimum performance.

Joseph was very helpful and knowledgable about what we needed at our facility to keep it cool. I was very pleased and satisfied with his work and do look forward to working with him again. I would recommend him to friends and family!
