Tech Steve was awesome. I used this company from a home warranty program and also to double check another service provider who came out for a quote and gave me outrageous prices and just wanted to replace. Air pro heating and cooling got me within 4 days (a little longer then others) but was very responsive and good communication. Didn't mind the extra day or two wait. Came out inspected the unit, hooked up gauges and educated me on what was wrong and showed me proof as to what he was saying. I had had a poor experience with the other provider so I was very skeptical. Technician took his time, explained everything in detail, was very friendly, I would gladly have let my wife alone with the guy without worry, we talked shop and also good small talk. Very professional service, fair pricing, gave honest feedback about an old system and gave me multiple options at different price points that ranged from the cheapest band aid to buy another summer or two to a full replacement and prices to expect. He promoted is company and himself very well. Ended up 200 bucks bought me another summer (maybe 2) and repair worked great. I now have a HVAC service I will use again and again. Overall A + Gave me the tools to make an informed decision and gave honest feedback and expectations at a fair price. Can't ask for more then that! Would, and will, gladly use him and his company again. I try and honestly review all my service providers good and bad as a first time home owner.

Owner rocco came to do the estimate to replace furnace and install central air. Was very thorough with the whole process. Continue to use then every year or so for a tune up at a cost of about 70.00. Overall happy with the service, not the biggest fan of tempstar.

I got quotes from other companies, and AirPro beat the other quotes. Our salesperson was Ryan, very professional and helpful. - UPDATE - it is now one+ month since our new AC was installed and it is running and cooling perfectly. As promised Air Pro sent another professional out to remove the old and broken humidifier. This took some doing as he had to cap and solder the water line that led to the humidifier, and the line was right under a floor joist. We were very happy with the work and price of AirPro and would recommend them to any one.

My furnace (approx. 25 years old) was struggling to blow air during a recent cold weather spell (avg high was 5F or less with windchills in the -20s). The furnace motor eventually quit and would not spin the air drum. I had called my home warranty company who assigned the work to Air Pro Heating & Cooling, thus making my deductible (and only out-of-pocket fee) $100. This call was made at 10pm to the home warranty company. I received a phone call from Air Pro at 7am the next morning that a service tech would be out at 1pm. The tech arrived at 1pm, diagnosed the issue (motor was dying and not getting enough charge to initiate the drum), and installed a temporary transformer to provide temporary power to the unit during the startup process, as he would not be able to do a full motor replace until the following day. Knowing that that night was going to be sub-zero temperatures, he explained what do in the even the motor quit in the middle of the night, and how to prevent this from happening given the temporary solution. Ryan came back out the next day around 11am an installed the new motor and cleaned out the air drum. I have had no issues with the unit since. Ryan was very professional and efficient, and explained to me all details as he was fixing the furnace. I am grateful he was able to come out given the sub-zero temperatures. I would recommend AirPro in the future for such work.

Our boiler stop working in the middle of a cold spell. The team at Air Pro worked very quickly to get a new boiler installed. They were very professional, on time, and reasonable.

Went well furnace was not operating properly would not come on. When the tech arrived unit was not wORKing properly while performing electrical checks no errors could be found . For some unknown reason the furnace began to work, without any parts or adjustments. No explanation or reason for it starting could be determine, it just started working. My guess, is that the electrical contacts may have been dirty or corroded.

They did very well and we were both very pleased with work. The workmanship was fine and the pricing was good among three estimates we received; the best in fact.

They installed a new Bryant furnace and A/C unit. There were three people that came to install. I am satisfied with the work so far. I have not been able to really run the A/C unit yet, but I am happy with the furnace. I have a 10 year warranty with both systems. They were on time and efficient, cleaned up well after, and disposed of everything appropriately. They were informative of any questions that I had. I would recommend them.

They're fantastic. Everytime I had an issue they would take care of it. They gave a very fair price.

Since my last update; I was contacted from Air Pro about my displeasure of my central air install. I spoke with the sales rep, owner and the service technician. We made an appointment for the service tech to inspect the install, and to determine if he could rectify the situation. We discussed my options and agreed for him to perform the needed repairs. He took his time and did a very professional job. I am pleased with the the needed repairs. I just wish the job would have been this way from the beginning.

I researched "Air Pro" on Angie's List before I solicited a bid. Their reviews on Angie's List were stellar. I called them for a bid. Ryan Henny came out and did the estimate. I don't like negotiating / haggling, so I asked Ryan for a non-negotiable, best, bottom-line price. Ryan was definitely professional - and as far as I can ascertain - he was honest. One of his attributes is that he didn't have that hallmark, contractor "schmooze" factor. I hate it. The price was competitive. One other contractor offered a lower price, but his reviews on Angie's List were substandard. I made a commitment with "Air Pro." Ryan spelled out everything that would be done. He said, "our technicians will arrive on July 3, 2014," and they did - PROMPTLY, at 8:00 a.m., as promised. They began working immediately and they didn't stop for six continuous hours. They were job focused. They didn't make small talk among themselves. They didn't even take a lunch break. They unobtrusively installed a gas furnace, central air, and a thermostat. Their intrusions into my home were kept to a minimum. They respected my privacy. These were young guys, and yet they were professional, expedient, courteous, detail oriented, efficient, and definitely thorough. In short, they did everything Ryan spelled out in the contract. You might save a buck or two by going with someone else (it won't be by much, I can almost guarantee it), but why take that chance? You want the job done right, and you want it done right the first (and only) time. With "Air Pro," you're also buying peace of mind. Wouldn't you regret a decision to save a few measly dollars when, in the dead of winter, your newly installed furnace breaks down because of poor installation, inferior quality, or inaccessibility of the company who installed it in the first place? This is your home; without doubt, one of the most important decisions you've made in your life. Finally, if you go with "Air Pro," you'll want to request Tom, Mike, and Ryan. I'm sure all of "Air Pro's" technicians are good. I just feel that I lucked out getting these three fine professionals.

It went well, very well. I reccomended him to my neighbor and he also go a system installed. -DD

It was good back then. We loved it. Now it's a different story. We had a warranty for the A/C and furnace. We have used them every year since 2003, until 2012. They came out a couple times to do service. Eric was the one who always came out. He was great. The last couple times I called for an appointment, they would give us attitude. They would make excuses. When he came out he seemed liked he didn't want to be there. Something changed with the company. We never had a problem for years and then the company changed.

Tom and Forrest came out today to replace our old furnace with a new one. The time they have us for them to come out was right one. They did an excellent job on installing and cleaning up. Had a few companies before that never cleaned up after themselves and did a half a** job. Definitely would recommend Air Pro to anyone that needs work done on their house.

It was my initial interaction with the technician who came out and it went well. They were scheduled through a home warranty that I have on my home and they basically got scheduled online. They called me on the same day and the technician came on the next day. He seemed very knowledgeable and he explained a lot of stuff. He is going to come back with some other parts and overall, I was very satisfied. He came when they said that he was going to come and he was good in the work that he has done so far. I will pay the deductible with my home warranty which is $75 but I do not know what they would have charged if I did not have that.

Furnace blew up on 10 degree day. Tech came out immediately and temporarily repaired. Barb and Rocco stayed in touch through the whole process. Furnace replaced. Impeccable work!!! I'm so happy!!!!

Very efficent , and clean The only issue I did not like was having to pay $500 for incidental costs and a $100 deductible for a supposed home owners warranty. That was not their fault, it is my insurance.

The furnace installation went fine. The guys came, got it done, and were professional while they worked. Two days ago we came home and had no heat. We had some issues getting in touch with Air Pro and/or a service technician, which was concerning. I made a complaint about Air Pro's response time and today, a Sunday, Rocco, the owner of Air Pro, called me to personally talk about what happened. I explained to Rocco the times we called, how long we waited for responses, etc. I could tell that he was listening and really attempting to figure out where the communication problem happened. In the end, Rocco was very apologetic, told me that I should call him directly if we ever had any problems like that again, and gave me a FREE boiler cleaning next fall. All in all, a frustrating and negative situation was made right, and I really appreciate Rocco's concern for customer satisfaction. I would recommend Air Pro to anyone with HVAC needs.

The technician called and informed me they would be arriving in 20 minutes. They arrived in 20 minutes, they went right to work and had the furnace installed & working in 3.5 hours. This was the coldest day of the year. The techs were Forest Prim & Clint Walker they were professional and they also cleaned up behind themselves. They did an excellent job. They stressed, if I needed anything just to call the office.

The owner came to our house and reviewed the old AC and gave us options to choose from all close to the same price which was quite less than our other estimate. Installation date arrived and two technicians worked in 92 degree heat. They were professional and worked until the job was done. They cleaned up, checked to make sure everything was working and off they went. I highly recommend Air Pro. Our son used them for a new boiler and he was also pleased with the price and a job well done.

They came one day to put freon in. They came the next week for a leak check with someone who trained to do that. He was awesome. They did a good job.

The technician had difficulty locating our house in Sewickley Village. He had a GPS yet called twice for directions. He arrived with an attiutude and the first words he said to us was, "You'd think that this ritzy area would have house numbers you could see..." While the tech analyzed the AC--after asking my husband both for a ladder and to go up and down to the third floor while he checked the outside unit, he concluded the unit just needed some freon which he added. We asked him why he didn't check for a leak and his reply was such that it was cost too much and it was clear to us he just wanted to leave. Ater a few months the freon was used and the AC stopped cooling again. We did not call Air Pro back but chose Metro HVAC on Banksville Rd. They sent two techs and spent two days repairing a leak in the line. They were thorough, polite and best of all fixed the problem.

They came out on the day it was scheduled,it was all done the same day. I only had one problem with the furance vent pipe and they came back after i called them to fix it.

There is not much more to add except, this service person is the one I usually see for the heating check and he knows my unit well. Any issues that have come up in the past he has resolved quickly and with no subsequent problems.

We received a thorough explanation of the central air system that would be installed in our home. We asked many questions and they were answered very intelligently and with a great deal of patience. There happened to be be an opening in their schedule two days later and we are now enjoying a comfortable living space with a quality system. Again the technicians were courteous, on time and professional. All work was done within 2 to 3 hours. The work area was left clean and we received a thorough explanation from the technicians on how to run our new central air system.
