I liked Likar Roofing very much. He had very good reports on Angie's List. My home is 110 years old with a slate roof which had a leak. He came out the week of Thanksgiving and completed the work. The previous company I contacted kept putting me off and never completed the work, it seems as if he gave me excuse after excuse. I plan to contact Likar for a roof inspection.

I called and left a message with the answering service and they never called me back.

This company was professional and they had good communication. They did the work excellently. They were clean and careful. They hauled away the debris removed from the roof.

I am renovating an old Chevrolet dealership which has a 6,000 sq. ft. flat concrete roof they used to show cars on, an 1800 sq. ft. sloped roof over the ramp to the main roof and a 5 degree roof on an addition. The side roof and ramp roof were not only leaking badly, but the subroof and beams were rotted. John Likar worked with me patiently while I repaired one of the bad roofs and rebuilt the other completely. He offered me sound advice all through the process. Also, when I asked him to put metal down flashing over the rubber roof retaining bars, he just nodded. I had three other roofers try to talk me out of doing that, but it makes it look so much cleaner. Likar's crews are efficient and courteous. I spent what is to me an enormous amount of money, but I truly feel that I got my moneys' worth.

They did an excellent job. They arrived on time they were very good about cleaning up after themselves. They were very kind a polite and very easy to work with. They were very accommodating.

We did not opt to accept their quote for our job.

They were perfect in every way. The price was reasonable and they did a really good job.

Excellent. Bob Likar called me back promptly, came to do an estimate and sent it to me quickly. It was late in the Fall so I didn't have the work done until this Spring. Likar obviously has a good filing system, because they had my estimate. When Terry, the head of the crew, came to do the work he and I walked through the second floor interior so I could show him where I had had leaks in the past. He was very helpful about what might be needed, checked those spots out on the roof and helped me check out a downspout that we discovered needed to be replaced. I felt that all my questions were listened to and answered. Both Bob and Terry were very helpful. The workers were all great to have around. They worked hard and professionally.

Tin roof was worn and leaking. Box gutter outlet was also worn and outlet was corroded which resulted in substantial leaks. Bob Likar completed estimate and recommended above repairs. Other contractors recommended more expensive repairs consisting of placing EPDM linings in box gutter and tin roof. Crew came within 1 week of authorization to complete work. Box gutter repair appears to have been successful. No leaks. Tin roof scrape and paint was successful in stopping leaks as well. However, paint began to bubble/holiday around tar repairs. Likar agreed to send a crew back out to apply an additional coat at no additional charge. Economical, professional and courteous service.

Overall we were pleased.

Great work done in a professional manner. Most impressive was the fact that the job site was completely clean at the end of each day - apart from the ladders supporting the catworks, you would have no idea that a roofing contractor was working on the house.
