Found Matt on Angie's list. Called for estimate. Matt came out within a couple of days and surveyed the situation and listened to my input then provided me with a written estimate which I receive a few days later. I accepted the estimate and the date for trimming a few of the trees that really needed it was set for about a week later. Matt & Jason arrived on time and did an outstanding job! Matt went high-up the trees on a rope and trimmed broken or bad branches while Jason trimmed closer to the earth and made sure all the debris was picked up, grinded up, and disposed of properly. What a great job at a great price! I highly recommend Matt & Schrock's for any and all of your tree care needs!

He is an arborist so he really knows what he is doing and grows really nice trees- he has a degree in horticultural. He does a really good job, is a nice person and we have no complaints about him whatsoever! He is really wonderful and knows what he is doing which is important!

Everything went well had altogether about 18 trees remove from my yard over a few years and very happy with their service. As a matter of fact I had them to come back and plant a tree in the yard so far, but Ill need more.

Matt Schrock arrived on time for the estimate. On the day agreed on, a crew of three arrived and began the difficult job of removing a 100 foot tree in our back yard. Mr. Schrock climbed the tree and systematically and very carefully began cutting down branches. The work took the entire day. Two days later, they returned and removed all the brush and lumber. They raked up all debris. They were very professional and took care not to damage other plants. We were extremely pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone.

The company is very polite and professional. They took their time and carefully removed the box elder tree in sections to protect the split rail fencing immediately adjacent to the tree. They did an outstanding job of clean up and hauling the debris away.

When I autorized the tree disease treatment, I was told that the company would call to set up a time to perform the work. The call never came and a bill suddenly appeared in my mailbox. Apparently the work was performed while I was not home, so I never actually saw what was done. I have no doubt that the work was accomplished, but there should have been at least a courtesy call.

Schrock's is very honest and prompt, and its workers clean up after themselves which we appreciate. Furthermore, it has been very helpful when dealing with fungi that were damaging our plants. We would definitely recommend them.

Schrock's Arbor Service price was reasonable but would use Schrock's even if they were a little high. He is not just tree removal, he's an arborist. He knows his trees very well, very knowledgeable about trees in general. He was very good a pruning and making recommendations. They took huge trees down very professionally. They lowered the trees to the ground, they didn't come crashing down so I was pleased with that. I would recommend them.

Responded to inquiry quickly and provided estimate in a timely manner. Once scheduled, the removal service took place as requested, clean up by the crew was very good. Overall, they did a very professional job and everything went without a hitch.

The crew came early and worked hard. The weather was terribly hot so they finished a few days later. Not a trace was left except for the sawdust left after the stumps were ground down. He even removed some extra branches that we noticed were in bad shape. The only problem was that it took him a little while to get back to me with a quote. His price was very good and he really knew the trees.

We are happy with Schrock's service during his estimate. He was the best price of three quotes, and was prompt and professional. We look forward to a very positive experience when they return to do the work.

They are very good at what they do. I had trees which were sixty or seventy meters tall. One guy climbed the tree like a monkey and cut the branches into pieces. They climbed up and took that down into sections. Sometimes it’s too dangerous. They are wonderful. When they are done, they cleanup and you never know that they were even there. They are very good. They come, they start and finish the job. They clean up after they leave. They are professional. They are very courteous. They are very polite. They are nice bunch of people. I didn’t have any problems with them. They are coming back this winter.

The experience went very well. We have used them in the past. We live in the mountains, so we have lots of trees. They have taken care of other tree problems for us and performed arborist services. They are slightly cheaper than others. They are very punctual.
