I was charged 1600 for a 750 dollar job this company installed the cheapest system in my home that s on the market I ve tried to work with them to resolve this issue on many occasions but he continued to ignore me and push me off after he took my money. I strongly suggest anyone that used this company to get a quote from another company or research whatever they installed in your home I can almost guarantee that he over charged you for it. Which isn t right he uses the whole Veteran story line to get customers this guy is a scammer I just want my refund and he goes his way and I go mine I won t ever do business with these guys again.

My well water stopped flowing what a fast response from Mr. Robert and Lou from Semper fi pump he was polite and professional on the phone and in person went right to work and in no time I had water again very reasonable price, turned my day around and made it a great day!! Overall I am please with the srevice I received. There were a few problems with installing the Electric tankless hot water system mainly everthing in my house related to my water and electrical needs to install a tankless system needed to be upgraded. Robert identified the problems and made the necessary repairs after discussing the problems and what was the solution. It definitely took longer than I expected, but the professionalism and quality made up for the delays.

Robert and Lou did a fantastic job installing my new water heater. I called and they were able to come out the next day! Thank you so much!

Rob and Lou are efficient and they leave the work area clean. Their prices are very fair and they work with you to customize a payment plan if you need one. I e worked with my local Semper Fi company years ago and remembered that they did not try to gauge you for simple repairs or have you pay for unneeded work. That level of honesty and integrity stayed with me all this time and when I saw their name pop up as an interested contractor I didnâ t hesitate to hire them. Rob and his team were exactly what you want from a contractor. He was communicative, courteous, and efficient. They got my project done quickly and explained the issues clearly when we hit a snag in the project.

Robert communicated well about his arrival time. He explained the options and what he thought should be done. He followed COVID protocol the whole time. He fixed my well pump issue with the least amount of work/cost. Beyond the job for which I hired him, Robert also took the time to explain my system, things to look out for, suggestions on what to do over time as my system aged and components might fail. He also explored some areas of my property where I have been considering future work and provided suggestions. I look forward to working with him on those future projects!
