I had BeaverJack come out to do an estimate on removing 12 very large trees from my back yard so I could get an idea of how much I would need to save. Their quote was so much better than I expected that I didn't even need to save. Therefore, we hired them almost immediately. They came in, and removed all 12 trees in one day. I couldn't believe the mess throughout the process and thought it would take me all evening to clean up, but they removed every last bit of debris, without me even asking, and I didn't have to clean up a bit! They were very professional, prompt, and most importantly affordable! We were more than pleased.

The work was excellent! Efficient, professional, and did a great job with the clean up and stump removal. They left the yard in such great condition that if you did not see them there, you would not have known they did the work.

Christine in the office was terrific - very friendly and knowledgeable. The person they sent out to look at the work was great, explained their suggested approach very well and was really passionate about his work. The crew came and did a terrific job - the trees look great. Very professional, and they cleaned up thoroughly. We will have them back in the spring to do some more work!

They cut back a huge tree in my back yard. Very professional and courteous. Great experience--I have already recommended them to several people in my neighborhood!! I will definitely call them again. GREAT JOB!!!!

BJ's crew showed up at around 10am on the day scheduled a month before. Four men worked diligently throughout a 9+ hour day only taking a short break for lunch. It was truly amazing to see how well these guys can take down a tree. This was not an easy job, fenced in yard, shed, and swing set right next to the tree. Our house is only 30 ft from the tree as well. Not to mention their original plan was pull their tree grinder through my neighbor's back to get closer to the tree (with his permission of course) When the guys came out the ground was too soft from an earlier rain. This made their job even more difficult. BeaverJack was the only estimate I received except for a neighbor giving me a ballpark estimate on what it would cost. After seeing how hard and well the crew worked I have no problem at all with the cost. The estimate I received was for the whole package including grinding the stump down. As the guys were packing up the stump was still there. I asked one of the guys about it and he told me they are about two weeks behind on the grinding. I was a little disappointed as I wanted the whole thing done that day. I asked if I could pay $1,500 today since the stump is still there. He was very friendly and said that would be fine, that I could pay the balance (the other $200) when stump was ground down in about two weeks. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would definitely hire them again and have no problem recommending them.

Team was very professional and did a nice job.

They have not started service, but I have scheduled them to come out later this summer. From what I have experienced so far, they are wonderful to work with. I have found them to be very professional and knowledgeable and reasonable.

It was very good and I would recommend them. They were excellent. They cleaned up very neat.

Someone contacted me after email and phone call same day. The lady said someone will call me to set up a time to come. That didnt happen for a few days, may be 4-5 days. I was getting estimates from other companies so was not keeping a tract. Eventually someone called and gave me a day about 1 week later. I agreed to it. By that time I had enough estimates to make a decision so informed them via email that I would not be needing the estimate. They seemed polite and professional. I would probably give them a call for the next job.

BJ arrived on time for the estimate and was very professional and friendly. He gave me an on the spot estimate then emailed me the contract the next day with a service date. They arrived bright and early on the service date -- probably 7:45 a.m. -- and even worked through the rain that evening to get ready to clean up the job. I arrived home at 6:00 in the evening and the team was still there. Even though it was raining and they'd been working all day they were still very friendly and professional when I checked in with them. They came back early the next morning and finished the cleanup within a few hours. BJ's estimate was $50 per tree and an extra $25 for stump removal. We chose not to do the stump removal. I thought we might get charged more for the trees that were closer to the house, but BJ said that was no problem. He additionally said that they'd take care of the pear tree and the telephone poles for no additional charge. I thought the price was very reasonable for the removal of 35 thirty foot arborvitaes, a pear tree and the telephone poles. I was also impressed that there was no attempt to price gouge me since I had absolutely no idea of what to expect in terms of price. I was very impressed with both BJ and his team. I'd call them again in a heartbeat.

BJ and I agreed on a time for an estimate. He arrived on time and was very personable. His estimate was lower than any other provider (and I received 5 estimates). I was slightly concerned as I usually steer clear of a provider who's price is significantly lower than other. I had seen his team in action twice, as they had recently removed trees in several yards in our neighborhood. I had been impressed by their work, so I decided to go with it. A team of three workers cut down the tree. It was done neatly, but proved to be a little challenging as the top 1/2 of our tree was dead. 2 of the workers were very personable, but 1 seemed to be quite miserable...no sense of humor or personality. I guess I did not hire him for his personality. I hired him for his skill and strength. The only hiccup was that the large logs could not be removed that day. The device/vehicle used, developed a flat tire. We had to wait 2 days for the large logs to be removed. BJ alone removed all of the large logs once the vehicle was functional. He did an great job of cleaning up. We have another 2 trees to remove in the fall and I will have BJ do the work. Give em a try !!!
