 + -1 moreAfter a big storm, our roof started leaking around the flashing of our chimney into our son's room. My husband called Extreme Roofing to ask for a quote for a complete flashing replacement. The owner said he would come out or call for the quote. I can sit on my porch and look right at this company, but they didn't ever stop out or have the decency to say they didn't want the job. When someone calls you saying "HELP! My roof is leaking!" do not leave them hanging like this. It's completely unprofessional.

Description of Work: They replaced a shingle roof with a metal roof. It was a difficult job because the house is 250 years old and nothing is square. They went above and beyond and even reprinted the chimney while they mere doing it. This was a difficult job but you could see the pride they took in their work. The only reason I gave them a C on responsiveness was because Chad, the owner, was difficult to connect with on his phone. These guys know what they are doing.

 + -1 moreChad the owner, is a very nice guy, but admittedly is very difficult to get on the phone. To say that we had some issues in this regard is an understatement. BUT, if you're willing to be patient, he does fantastic work. Our new roof transformed the look of our house. Chad specializes in metal roofs, which are very expensive, but his price was only 25% more than a composite roof, when other bids we received were double that of a composite roof. We chose a slate-look metal with a 50 year warranty, and it looks fantastic. Not a week goes by where a neighbor doesn't stop and tell us how nice it looks.
Description of Work: We had Extreme Roofing replace our very large roof due to hail damage.

 + -1 moreThe experienced start out great, but quickly lead to complete disappointment. Chad, the owner, came out and looked at my roof. He said he would mail a bid out and also call within a day with the cost. I never heard back from him and that was over three weeks ago. I have left multiple messages, voice mails, and even email with absolutely no response.
Description of Work: My roof needed some repairs, flashing, and new gutters.
