Mario came out to inspect the issue immediately…made a recommendation based upon what he saw as issues and the source of the roof leak. He performed the work that he quoted on the day that was scheduled. He also followed up after a heavy rain as the leak had not not stopped. Mario went back to the property and re-traced all of his previous work and added some additional materials (all free of charge). No issues with leaks after that.

Mario was courteous and extremely professional. It was great to have someone for small roof repairs! I liked that he communicated to me often.

Mario was very business oriented and professional during our interactions. He responded very quickly to my call(s) and very considerate of my time. He took time to get on my roof and take picture, which he share with me, the before and after pictures. He showed and explained to me what needed repair and discovered some additional tiles and areas which needed sealing and repair. Only time will tell how if the problem was corrected. I would recommend Mario to others and utilize his services in the future. Very professional and reasonable in price.

It is so difficult to find someone for small repair jobs. Mario responded very quickly to our request for an estimate. He took pictures and showed us what needed repaired it also included some mortar repair work and caulking. He completed the job within a few days of our acceptance of his estimate. Very pleased with his company and would highly recommend him

Mario contacted me the same day of the request. He was up front about cost and time constraints. He took photos of the seals on our flat rubber roof and explain in detail what he would do. He gave me a quote later the same day and did the job two days later. I would highly recommend M&D. Professional, efficient, and cleaned my whole yard, even where he didn't leave any debris!

Mario was quick professional and priced very well. Would definitely recommend. My husband and I have hired contractors for many projects. Mario was by far one of the best. He even removed some baby raccoons for me and we were able to reunite them with their mother!!! Great Experience.

Mario was able to complete the work the same day as the inspection of our roof. He spotted an issue with our chimney we didn't know about. Took "before and after" photos with his phone of the work that was done. Very fair price!

It was very easy to get them scheduled and they went above and beyond to not only fix the leak but also add some shelf life to the roof. Extremely satisfied with the work and service.

I noticed a roof leak Thursday evening. I contacted Mario early Friday morning, He and Doug repaired leak Friday afternoon in harsh cold. I later contracted with him for some related work that should significantly extend the life of the roof.

I asked for a quote the night my ceiling started leaking from the chimney flashing, within 30 minutes I got a message from Mario that he would contact me in the morning. Next day he stopped by and gave me a quote and the day after that he came by and fixed it. Really nice and professional guy. He emailed me the invoice and sent before and after pictures. Highly recommend.

Mario was pleasant and worked hard until the job was done. It was only 20 degrees outside and my roof is very high and steep! He replaced 30 or so slates, sealed the flashing, and screwed in my gutter. The price was very reasonable! I would recommend him. Work done on Jan 21,2022.

Mario is great! He was super communicative and efficient, came out, sent a reasonable estimate, did the work the next day even though it was freezing cold. He even diagnosed another roof problem that might cause future leaks and will repair that as well. I couldn't recommend him more highly!
