Mario responded within hours to my request. There were noticeable areas in the finished attic ceiling which indicated a significant leak in the roof. He and Doug were able to come to the house the very next day, assess the situation, and complete the repair work on the 90 year old slate roof. He showed me photos of the problems that had to be corrected. Mario said he could patch the problem areas at the tips of the peaks, which would be less costly, however, cap installation would be a better, long term solution. They installed a cap along the length of both peaks, as there were some significant open spaces. Also, they repaired some damaged slates, installed a flashing, filled in any exposed nail holes, and caulked where necessary. They cleaned gutters, removed all debris from the roof, and collected any loose material that fell on the ground. Mario provided detailed explanations throughout the job, and both gentlemen were professional and courteous. I was especially thankful that they were able to complete this repair work before the storms that followed soon after. Thanks again!

Mario and Doug were fantastic. They were able to come out the same day I contacted them and arrived right on time. They were also able to complete the work and had all the materials needed to complete the job. Mario also found some other issues with the roof that he was able to resolve. I would certainly hire them again for any roof issues in the future.
