I have to give them a D, because they DID fix my dryer, had the part on-hand and it only took 20 minutes. Everything else was negative. The good news is now I know how to fix the same problem, should it happen again five years from now, and hopefully this review saves someone from getting a big surprise when they call Wolfgang.
Description of Work: I told them my dryer stopped working and its info, and asked for help. They had to schedule their tech five days out. They gave me a five hour window in which he would arrive. They didn't tell me about the min. $49 fee to show up (2 miles from their office). On top of the fee to come out, they charge a one hour min. of $57 for any amount of time working and marked up the price of the part about 5 times the cost. It was $57 for a $12 dryer belt repair kit I found online. All told, I got a $163 bill for a $12 part that it took 20 minutes to drive out and install.
