Went well. Frank identified real issues that I wasn't aware of and discussed solutions. Specifically, the boiler was not connected to the thermostat. I was not aware of that and it had not be identified in the property inspection. Saved me a lot of headache to know early rather than waiting until winter to find that out.

Tudi is exceptional in the customer service they provide. John P. has been our service technician for 10 years and does a great job. Linda and the office staff are quick to respond to problems and do a great job of keeping you informed about when service is going to be performed and where they are in the schedule. As usual, everything was performed in a very professional manner. I have used Tudi Mechanical for many years, and I have never been disappointed. The technicians are extremely capable, but they are also kind, personable and gracious while doing work in your home. They phone in advance and involve you as needed. Every technician that has worked in my home has been exemplary. Frank has been a regular and he performed this most recent service. John has provided service for us as well. In addition to the routine service, this company has provided emergency service for me as well. This company excels in providing 24 hour service.

Professionally. On time, neat install, no short cuts. Cleaned up all unusable material and old equipment. Necessary for Mike and Jordan to install new thermostat wire (not easy) due to system installed, another contractor stated that it may be necessary to install wireless thermostat ( less time, easy way), provided detailed instruction for new programmable thermostat, polite, used drop cloths and boot covers when in living area. Angie (salesman) provided necessary information for our decision. The system we chose was eligible for a rebate from electric company (not disclosed to us by other contractor). AUGIE did a great job, on time, polite, overall a easy process in having system installed

Very well, Dan also inspected my work to ensure all plumbing was done correctly. He went above and beyond. Very professional and knowledgeable. He was very respectful to both my wife and I. That means a lot!

Always very satisfied with the work and service of TUDI. They are professional and always prompt with service. We have a service agreement with TUDI to have our furnace and air conditioner inspect yearly. They call to setup and schedule routine service check for inspection of equipment. I recently had a old furnace replaced with a new furnace and air conditioner. Their work was excellent and very efficient. I have recommend TUDI to a number of my friends and they now use TUDI for their HVAC work. Great company and very customer service orientated.

Josh came approximately 2 hours after my call with the possible problem. He thoroughly analyzed it and even though the crackling didn't occur while he was here, he did the imaging & found no hot spots...will try his suggestion of using the newer LED bulbs and if I then still hear any crackling sound, will call him to replace wiring between switch & bathroom light fixture. He spent a lot of time making sure no hot spots and also gave me his card to call anytime I had a problem. Josh was very respectful and I would recommend Tudi for any electrical problems. I have used Tudi for many years for heating and air conditioning appliances & maintenance but only realized recently that they also do electrical & plumbing.

They've done a good job. They're just a little on the pricey side. They were all good experiences, but a little pricey.

It went great. Mark came out, saw what we wanted, and provided a quote the same day. A week later the team came and got the unit installed in less than 8 hours. We now have a quiet and cool bedroom. It's too early to see the change on our electric bill but I expect it to be cheaper than it was.

Perfectly - they showed up as scheduled, confirming the appointment in advance. They evaluated and performed maintenance on our HVAC unit, and left the job site clean and even better than they found it.

We had several folks from TUDI come out to the house to do some work for us recently. First, we had the electrician come out and replace two GCFI outlets that blew when we had some water intrusion during a severe thunderstorm. He replaced these and also checked on another outlet in the garage that needed some updating - he did a superb job and everything is in fine order now. We also had their HVAC tech come out on the same day to check the AC unit for its 6 month check up and change the filter. We find that this keeps our unit working well, and have not had any problems since enlisting their help. Dan, the TUDI plumber who performed the plumbing service, is always punctual, professional, and does super high quality work. We have had him work on several projects here at the house (including an emergency water heater replacement on Easter a few years ago), and he always does an incredible job.

Great! They did an excellent job, very thorough and helpful. They repositioned the A/C and removed an unnecessary circuit breaker box for free. 2nd time we've used Tudi and they have our trust for sure.
