While Tudi wasn't the least expensive, they weren't that much more than the cheapest. Our salesman spent a lot of time listening and discussing our needs and making recommendations. He was very knowledgeable. Once we accepted their bid, they installed within a week. Installation crew was very good, professional, and respectful. System is working great. Very happy with our experience.

it took over 6 months to get the job done. the rep never would schedule i guess because to them it was not a big job. I got nothing but excuses and will not recommend them. They also put me on a supposed list for a room air conditioner which was to come in in January and they never ever called me again.

Mike was very kind and professional. I've asked a bunch of question about the water tank and he was really good. The work was quite simple because the water tank is near the house wall, so it was fast to make a new hole for the pipe. He removed the old water tank in 30 min pretty much. Nice job, in less than 4 hours.

Dan came out the same day I called and did an amazing job. He explained what he was going to do and provided a clear quote before starting the work. He took his time and did careful and clean work, even adding in a clean-out (there was no interior clean-out). The work was pretty involved as many T-connectors and traps had to be replaced as well. Dan went above and beyond and yet another Tudi employee proved to me that they should be my only call for any mechanical systems in my house.

Since I have a contract with them I paid 15% less than their normal fee. It started out that they did our heating and air conditioning and we were satisfied with that work. Then, whenever I did have a problem, seeing how we are on a service contract with them, they come as soon as one of their guys can get here. They are very knowledgeable, to me, they explain things well. In one instance, they had to refer me to someone. They couldn't find the leak up in the ceiling. They gave me the name of a company that dealt specifically with being able to identify where the leak was coming from. So, that was helpful to me. I trust them on the price, so whatever they tell me I believe it is a comparable rate.

Very professional, on time, very meticulous I was impressed that Nate thought of checking the AC, never crossed my mind in the middle of winter. Dave (?Dan?) knew his way around the system, I had called another outfit, he didn't have a clue. Anyway Tudi found a simple and reasonable solution. I can and do recommend them to friends and neighbors.

We are pleased with the workmanship and will use Tudi for electrical work again. They are responsive and responsible. The service technicians had actually done electrical work for us previously under another company. We were happy with them then, and we are happy with them now. Tudi kept in touch and actually called to let me know a technician would be slightly delayed. The work was done neatly, and all debris was removed. The technicians wore shoe covers while in my home and were polite and answered all of my questions.

We had to move an electrical outlet down the wall as part of replacing a cooktop. They were great about calling back right away to schedule an estimate. The guy who came to do the estimate arrived on time. They suggested closing off the original outlet with a box, extending an enclosed wire along the wall, and installing another outlet in a position that would fit with the new cooktop. This was fine with us because the outlet is on the inside of a cabinet so no one sees it anyway. The suggestion also saved the expense of having them cut out the back of the counter and wall. My only complaint is that they guy took about a week to get the estimate to us. But the whole process was great and we would definitely hire them again.

Excellent. Tudi is by far the best HVAC and electrical comtractor out there. The furnace has tons of experience, is very competent, and, most important, does not try to sell you other services as many other contractors do. I have also used Tudi for electrical work and their electrician is equally experienced, competent, efficient, and punctual. I can't say enough about Tudi's reliability, capability, and professionalism.

I found Tudi to be all that I expected, and more. They were very professional, courteous, and they explained everything in detail. My husband works the evening shift and we get to bed very late at night, they were kind enough to accomodate us and not come really early in the morning. I feel the quote given to us by Eric was both reasonable and covered everything we wanted done, at a very good price. Tudi was the second electrician we called and we received much better service then the original contractor we contacted, plus the price came in a lot lower also. Three electricians were here for 4 days, I can not say enough good things about them. Joe went above and beyond, he worked quietly, knew exactly what we were trying to explain to him and solved the problems. His helpers, Zach and Eric, worked well with him and they joined together to get the job done to our specifications. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done in their house, or business, and we will definitely call them again in the future, should the need arise.

John was on time, professional, and took his time to explain everything to me (I just bought my house). He let me know that my system was ~18 years old so it could go anytime, but didn't try to sell me a new system. He let me know that he would be honest about repairs (none were needed) in regards to if it's worth fixing or I would be better off replacing the unit.

The crew Tudi sent out was extremely professional and went above and beyond to diagnose and try to fix my clogged downspout drain. They first tried water jetting (since I had another company tell me that's what was needed) and when that didn't work, they tried their largest snake with a big bit on the end. After working that for a while, they started pulling out large gravel, but measured from both ends and found that the pipe was completely packed for about 3 feet with the gravel. They even tried digging above the clogged portion to see if they could see if the pipe was broken. They offered to keep snaking after a little over an hour of trying, but I agreed with them that it would just be a waste of time (the charges were hourly). They said that they would get me quotes for two options for fixing the pipe (digging and replacing the clogged section or abandoning the pipe and replacing it). About a week later I received the quotes.

We discovered flooding from a basement drain during the evening and called Tudi with whom we have a contract. The plumber on call came, worked for a couple hours, discovered the clog in the line and cleaned it out. He was prompt, friendly, efficient, capable and did a good job of cleaning up. In fact I will be calling them today to come diagnose why we have a slow down in the basement drain.

They were great with the work and I felt their thoroughness was good. They were punctual and here within the promised 2-hour window. The service was money well spent.

They were fantastic, had all my problems solved in under an hour...Dan is a good worker..Very polite and very knowledgeable...just an all around professional company...They are by no means cheap, but what would you rather have, cheap and call backs or competitive and job done to perfection..

We had a whole house brown-out after 9:00 p.m. on a weekday. We called Tudi and the dispatcher said an electrician would be there in about an hour. He arrived promptly when they said he would. He was polite and knowledgeable and fixed the breaker and had our electric back up safely in less than an hour. The price was reasonable for emergency service, and everything was explained up front before any work was done. I would happily use their services again.

The electrical repair was done quite well, with no complications at all. We were somewhat stunned by the price. We were told that there would be an $86 charge for the visit. When the bill came, it included the $86, plus $175 for the replacement of the transformer and the labor charge. We thought that the $86 would be included in the labor charge. We won't use this provider again, only because of what we believe to be an exorbitant charge for the service. We will price transformers at Lowe's to see what they cost.

Joe explained why the switch blew on one of the dimmers, replaced it with a switch that should not have that problem in the future. Work was done quickly and neatly. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I would defiitely refer them to anyone lookig for a reputable electrical company.
