It went very well.Josh Koenig came to the residence right on time. He was pleasant,courteous and answered all my questions. He went right to work as soon as i showed him were the light fixtures were. We will certainly use him again when we need electrical work done.

We thought we were going to have a very expensive fix, but John came and recommended a much less expensive option that worked very well. As result, we will have them come again to address replacing our air conditioner.

I'm not sure about the price. I'm not a quote on quote customer so I signed up for their service that means you write them a check and they're supposed to call you at the beginning at each season. And schedule an appointment. A guy comes out and you get preferential emergency service and you get a 10% discount on stuff, I don't know it’s like a subscription kind of thing. I would give them an A for everything. Oh yeah definitely I would use them again. I think they have good service, the people that come to the house are friendly they have always treated me like a valued customer. If i'm using someone for 10 years that means I'm satisfied.

I call them up and get on their schedule. A guy named Dave has showed up for seven years. I say hey Dave. He knows where everything is. I open up the garage door. He does what he has to do, and he leaves.

I am signed up for their plan, and have been using them for ten years. If I am using them for ten years, I am satisfied.

Its a service contract, and they are suppose to call you for an appointment. A guy comes out and you get preferential treatment. You get ten percent discount on stuff. Its an subscription kind of thing. I think they have good service. The people who come out are real friendly. They have always treated me like a valued customer.

I called them up in the middle of the day on an weekend. They came out a couple hours later. It was an air conditioner unit on the external module, about the size of an grenade. They replaced that, and got it working again.

It could not have gone any better! The company rep responded quickly and provided us with clean, clear and comprehensive materials about what Tudi would do. The installation team was unbelievably efficient, professional, warm and conscientious. This could not have been a more first-class experience. WELL worth the cost.

The plumbers were extremely professional. The estimate was spot-on. There was plenty of opportunity to try to upsell but they never did. Extremely satisfied with their work and will use them for any plumbing, HVAC, etc, in the future.

So far, we have only been able to use the heat pump which is part of the units, to take out the chill on cool days, thus not needing to heat the entire house with our regular furnace. The are completely silent to the point that we forget we turned them on. We are looking forward to a hot summer so we can enjoy the quiet air conditioning. The gentleman who come to the house to provide an estimate was very knowledgeable about the units and their installation. He was able to provide a price immediately. His estimate was about slightly less than the other quotes we received, but our main reason for choosing Tudi was the estimator's professionalism, as well as the fact that they were one of the few in Pittsburgh which had the highest certification by the manufacturer to install their products. We first checked the Mitsubishi website to find qualified installers in our area, then cross checked those with Angie List reviews and ratings. The company was able to arrange an installation date quickly as it was their down season, and the installers completed the project in one full day. There was some confusion with the parts ordered when they arrived. Apparently, the communication between the installer and who ordered the equipment and made arrangements was not good. For some reason they were sent to install two units, not three, and had the wrong equipment. The installer quickly assessed the situation and went to work to resolve the it as quickly as possible. After reviewing the contract which we showed him, he sent for the proper units with the appropriate parts. An extra installer showed up to make sure that the project was completed in one day. After much discussion on the best location for the outside unit, the installers went to work, and everything went smoothly from that point forward. Their installer in charge clearly knew his stuff, and made sure everything was done properly, professionally, with very little disruption, and on time. We have not used the air conditioners yet, but expect they will work fine.

The sales visit was fine. Augi explained everything and was very patient in answering questions. He also put up with our pets pestering him. Even though the quote was more than we had expected to have to pay, we had gotten other bids and Tudi came highly recommended. The installation was scheduled promptly and everything went well. The installers worked hard and efficiently. We were very happy with our old Lennox air conditioner so we purchased a Lennox system from Tudi. Two trucks spent the day at our house, one in our driveway and one on the street. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away.

We could not be happier with the quality of work, the professionalism of each person that we encountered, and the outcome of our investment. We would highly recommend Tudi Mechanical Systems.

They are the best in town. They are great. I have used them for both heating and air and plumbing. They are the only people I have used. I think their pricing is fair.

They've been doing my air conditioning for 5 or 6 years.

The installation went well but the technician damaged plaster inside the house. That was more than three months ago. I have talked with the project manager three times. Even though he says that someone will repair the damage, nothing has been done. The company does good work but they do not take responsibility for damage to your property. I cannot recommend this company for any type of repair. Avoid them completely.

Two units of air conditioners and one furnace was installed over a 2 day period. Everything was cleaned up and the work was neatly done. Care was taken to wear protective shoes in both homes.

We purchased a new furnace, AC, humidifier, air cleaner, and hot water heater. After getting prices from 3 companies we decided to go with Tudi even though their cost was not the lowest. It was pretty competitive so along with a good reputation and feeling very comfortable with their salesman Augie, we thought they would be best for us. That is one of our best decisions ever. The 2 installation guys Mike & Todd were extremely good at their jobs and were really nice guys too. They were assisted by a plumber named Mike who was equally as good and friendly. Tudi must have some kind of "nice guy" training program because from the very first contact with Heather at their office, they all made us feel that we were being helped by family. I did a lot of research on both Trane HVAC equipment and local HVAC companies and feel very good about the choice we made. Good people and good products and service. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any of their services.

Dan came out the day after I called Tudi. He was very professional and courteous. Provided quotation and answered a lot of questions. We agreed with the price and all the work was completed the following day. All the old materials were removed and all the areas were left completely cleaned up. Everything went perfectly. I rate this an exceptional customer experience.

Our furnace started shutting off every so often, for no apparent reason. We had another company look at it a month ago and they could find nothing wrong (it was working at the time they came). We tried giving that company a chance to come back, when our problem persisted, but was told we would have to pay another service call charge, plus whatever else was wrong and they could not come for a week. We called Tudi that same Friday and they said they could come on Monday. Within twenty minutes, the technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it, within the hour. The technician was professional and explained things very well. We will definitely use this company for any future issues.

We had already done the excavation down to the old cast iron pipe. This allowed Tudi to do all the plumbing in less than a day. Mike and Russell who did the work were pleasant and professional. They also left the site cleaner than when they arrived. I can recommend Tudi without reservation.

My wife and I hired Tudi to install a Unico small duct heaving and cooling system and a new high-efficiency boiler, and to rewire our house to eliminate knob and tube wiring. The entire experience was a pleasure from the initial pre-sale discussions with Mark Nazarchuk (heating and cooling) and Eric Eisenfeld (electrical) through to completion of the project. Both crews were very professional and took the time to discuss various aspects of the project and answer our questions as work proceeded. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. We definitely will be using Tudi for our future heating/cooling and electrical needs.

He was very nice. They've been here before. I was very appreciative of the waiving of the service fee. He was on time. They always call before arriving. They are very clean and polite. They got rid of the old pipe. They always let me know if there are things that need to be fixed in the future. I also wanted to replace my spigot handles and he offered to fix it for me as well.
