Was very quick to respond, and do the work.

I did not get the repairs I requested and was GROSSLY overcharged. For the manor repairs that were made. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Total ripoff! As a single woman in my 60s I am VERY disappointed to have been taken advantage of in this way. I will NEVER trust Angi again.

Rick came same day within an hour of the request, looked, gave estimate, and then came back an hour later and did the repair all on late Friday afternoon with his foreman. I couldn't ask for more, I'm very pleased, I'd highly recommend, they were great.

On midday Sunday, we called Roofs R Us for repair a wind damage to the shingle roof on our house. They called back in a couple of hours. On Monday morning, they came to our place and did an excellent job.

My wife and I found Rich to be very personable and quick to respond to our residence.

We had storm damage and they came out right away so we did no have to worry about a leaking roof.we would hire them again when itâ s time to replace the entire roof.

Rick called me right away. He came over several days later and the job was done. He answered all my questions and the whole crew was courteous. Also the price was reasonable!

Working with Rick was a great experience. I recently had purchased a house with a flat roof that is in not the best of shape. We started dealing with several leaks and I was worried about the time and the cost it would take to repair. Rick called me right away after requesting a quote and came out THAT DAY to see my roof. He not only looked over the areas that were the problem, but also reviewed the whole roof and took the time to explain everything to me. He and his crew were out quickly to provide repairs. The cost was good and I was impressed with The communication and quality of work. No leaks!! I will definitely be using them for any future roofing needs I have.

What started out (admittedly hopefully on my part) as a roof repair quickly, due to no fault of the provider, turned into a full roof tear off and replacement. Rick and his crew were amazing keeping me fully informed at all steps of the process and the job was completed in less than 2 days time. Highly professional and we're already talking about having him do our driveway soon. Bottom line with this? I ASKED Rick for a sign to put in my front yard (we live on a busy street) so I could help him advertise - he's that good! Highly recommended!
