Rick was great. He came and gave me an estimate the same day that I called. He completed the work on the day that I needed it. He explained the condition of my roof, and explained what he was going to do, and took before and after pictures at my request. I was in customer service for over 40 years. I know what good customer service looks like. Rick makes you feel good about doing business with him ! I would use his service again.

Rick really surprised me with his promptness to respond to my quote request and then it got even better when he completed the job the same day. He and his helper were very thorough, took pictures of the work they did on the roof and explained everything in great detail. They replaced about a dozen shingles on the roof, repaired several holes in the box gutters, sealed the flashing on the front and back porch, and re-attached a section of siding that had fallen off. They also added some fascia to one of the attic dormers. The work was done well and I would hire Rick again.

I received a telephone call from Rick shortly after HomeAdvisor notified me that it had matched his company to my asphalt roof repair project. Rick and I discussed the scope of my roof repair project and then arranged a time - at my convenience - for him to come to my home to look at the project first hand. Rick arrived as scheduled and his examination of the project was thorough; he spotted an additional issue that was caused by poor workmanship by a gutter guard company several years ago. Rick and I agreed on a final price, which included the extra work; it was clear to me that the extra work was necessary once Rick showed me the obvious poor workmanship by the gutter guard company. We scheduled Rick to return today (11/6/19) to do the work. He and his helper arrived as scheduled. They completed the project quickly and efficiently and left no mess when they finished. From my perspective, I could not ask anything more from a contractor.

I have an asphalt roof that would intermittently leak. The problem appeared to happen only when the rain came from the east. I've had this repaired twice and the problem would seem to go away and then reappear. They were very prompt at evaluating the issue and making repairs. We've had considerable rain since they finished and the leak appears to be fixed.

I called them and they were here within two hours, they fixed my roof, even while it was raining, They guaranteed that if the sealant didn't work they would come back and fix it at no cost. They are professional, prompt, and very respectful.
